Lovely apartment on a peaceful hill in the heart of Seoul - 4BR/2BA
We invite anyone who wants to explore the old and the new, and the various charms of Seoul.
1. Located in the center of Seoul, within 30 minutes by public transport to Gangnam, Hongdae, Itaewon
2. Enjoying river view, running, and biking along the Han River within walking distance
3. Local restaurants and cafes near the college and a Korean traditional market, and beautifully built libraries
4. A house with the latest facilities, in the 70's neighborhood

The unit is in a newly built apartment with red bricks on a hill overlooking old Heukseok (meaning black stone) neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing space decorated in green them and biophilic style using natural wood.
- A residential space on the 2nd floor of a 5-story apartment.
- A shared kitchen on the 5th floor is also available and can be used freely when there is no reservation.
- The 3rd and 4th floors are occupied by host families. We welcome you to join us and mingle! :)
- It is safe as secured by digital door locks at the villa entrance, unit entrance, and each private bedroom.
