Family vacay

We love this condo we have stayed 3 yrs, in it. It is in the perfect beach spot. We will be back next year. I would highly recommend it.

The property is in a great location and we loved it's easy access to the beach. The view from our balcony of the Gulf of Mexico was fantastic

Cozy Getaway with a View

This condo was in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and as described. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the beautiful view of the ocean. As a mom of a 2 year old, just want to warn that there are lots of breakable items in this condo so just be prepared to baby proof. We had a great stay!

Had all the things needed to make the vacation perfect. It was a long walk to the beach with two littles and a heavy wagon in the deep sand but that is part of it. :)I would definitely stay here again!!I wish I never would have had to leave!!

The decor puts you in a beach vibe as soon as you walk in the door. Has everything you need for a restful vacation. Very clean unit. Location and the view are amazing. Chaise-N-Rays sets up your chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Rent a cart and watch the sunset on the West side!! Call Skinner's for your steamed shrimp.

Trip to Dauphin Island

We truly enjoyed the condo! Beds were very comfortable. Balcony was wonderful to sit there an enjoy my coffee. Very pleased with the accommodations and would recommend it!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed dominoes and scrabble outside and inside. Coffee in the morning on the patio was amazing. We had some rainy weather in the morning so it was nice to look at the ocean and have coffee. We enjoyed the grill outside by the pool. The pool was very nice and felt relaxing. I believe it is saltwater. Love eating at the restaurant by the golf course. Thank you!

Wonderful Dauphin Island Stay

We loved the condo. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. The entire complex is clean and the pools were great! Even during the holiday, it wasn't overly crowed. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. It's a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo.

Beach Vacation

Location is great. My complaint is the air conditioning. We had it set on 72 and came back from eating in night and it was 78 degrees in the room. Another time it was set on 72 it was 74 in the room and the thermostat wouldn’t move below 74 for about an hour. Then all the sudden it would let us lower it to 70. It was like we weren’t the ones controlling the A.C

Nice, quiet location

We prefer quieter areas over the heavily traveled. Sometimes it is nice to be the only people on the beach.

Relaxing Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting the state of Alabama - we had originally planned to stay in Gulf Shores, but the peaceful shores of Dauphin Island seemed much more appealing for a low key family getaway. The condo was cute and clean, with a no-fuss checkin and checkout system. We had everything we needed including a heated pool and access to the beautiful beach. My ONLY complaint is that all businesses on the island kept very limited hours this time of year. It was difficult to enjoy our day without worrying about getting to dinner before the few options would close between 7:30(!) and 9:00. The weather was much cooler than we had hoped it would be on Spring Break, so good food was the bright spot in our cold, windy trip. I imagine this same trip planned in the summer or fall with warm weather would be AMAZING.

Could Use an Update

Can’t say that we would stay in this rental property again. The unit had a constant musty smell. Not sure if it was from the old furniture or air unit. The ceiling fans and vents were layered with dust, the carpet in the bedrooms were stained/dirty, and the overall unit could use some updating (furniture, appliances, paint, decor, carpet/floors, cushions, bathroom, etc). Glad it was just two of us so it wasn’t disappointing to the whole family. We loved Dauphin Island but will choose differently next time.
