Becky was fantastic! Property was beautiful as well! We enjoyed fishing from the dock and the amazing sunsets. It was great to be able to bring our old pup with us this time. Peaceful area. Just what my body & "Sol" needed.

We loved the house. The entire stay was relaxing. The showers felt great, the beds were comfortable, and the overall inside atmosphere was relaxing. The outside area was the best part. There were so many places to relax and enjoy the breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, host and property were excellent, weather cooperated, for the most part. Fishing was awesome, Spanish Mackerel and Speckled Trout were biting, caught a Black Drum and several Sail Catfish. Looing forward to going back for another week long stay.

Becky was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with! The location had everything you could need beach towels, laundry detergent, cooking oil, coffee it was like being at home. Additionally the entire property was gorgeous we really enjoyed and definitely will rebook in the future if available. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks Becky!

We had such a great experience! Check-in was easy and communication with the host was above and beyond. They were super helpful with any question we had and even brought propane for the grill when it ran out on Easter! We would recommend Sol-Mate to anyone interested and will be looking to book again.

Sol-Mate was the perfect place for us to stay while celebrating our anniversary. It is clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was very nice with more amenities for gathering, watching the sunset, fishing and relaxing. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk our dog. Communication with our host was flawless as well.We highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning.
The sunsets were spectacular.
We saw so many pelicans, doves, cranes and even dolphins on our last morning.
You can see the sun rise from the front door if you’re an early riser.

We loved our stay at Sol-Mate! The place was clean and decorated in a lovely manner with driftwood, natural woods, shells, and shadow box vignettes of sea life. The bed we slept in was comfortable, and the place was well stocked with whatever you need for a relaxing stay: kitchen pots, pans, dishes, spices; bath towels, extra dish towels, shampoo and soap; extra pillows, sheets, blanket; games, books, cards, DVD’s; and TV with Netflix. Best of all was the dock where we spent a lot of time catching fish and crabs. If you want a place to unwind and just enjoy “sitting on the dock of the bay,” this is the place! Be aware that the upstairs is reached by way of the spiral staircase which is only a problem if you have mobility issues. We are in our 70’s and managed it okay, but I would think it would not be safe for a family with a toddler. We took our pet with us and she loved the place and the bay; we did have to block her away from the staircase for her safety. Communication and check-in was easy!

We loved this house and host! It was beautiful, sits right on the bay where the sunsets were incredible!! We fished and crabbed right off of the dock! The home is pet friendly, which we had planned for, but then lost our dog before our trip. The host was compassionate and caring and of course refunded our pet fees. This house was supplied with everything you could think of in case you forgot something. Towels, soaps, coffee pods, cleaning supplies, and an incredibly well stocked kitchen! We sure hope to visit this home again in the future!

Island getaway

Birthday

Loved being able to fish off the dock. Checkin was easy allowed us to check in a day early, Small hiccup at checkout, but never heard back from the owner, so can only assume all is well.

My cleaner said there was a hole in the ceiling above the bunk bed. In asking the Renter said it was there prior. I took for them for the truth and fixed it and moved on.
