Overall we had a nice stay. We never could figure out the pull out couch which made for uncomfortable sleeping for my niece. Other than that, it was a great time.

Nice simple space that was just enough for my mom and I to explore Atlanta. Location was very good and walkable to shops and food and grocery. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and would benefit from a box spring below so the frame of the bed can’t be felt. A fan in the front room would also be a big help as the AC unit is in the very back and doesn’t reach the front very well so it was a bit hot. But the room was clean and put together and close to a lot.

I prefer natural scents like essential oils instead of the chemical air plug ins that are toxic to smell. It was difficult to sleep as it was extremely noisy between neighbors moving furniture better noise ! The bed was not so comfortable , For 250.00 to just barely rest I would not return here. Also it was as difficult to find and we were not given our access into before we arrived. Thank you!

Overall Great!

Went to a concert at the eastern, the drive there was fast and simple. We didn’t have the time to walk anywhere around the loft but there is a bunch of walkable places to go to. Clean and perfect for a quick trip. We went up to the rooftop before we left and it was amazing, lots of seating and super clean! Austin was super helpful and responded fast. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future!

Great location for me.The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for the two of us. It could have had a better floor cleaning and I had to buy a can opener. The only advice to prospective renters is if you are older or have problems with steps, the steps to get in the building are steep and difficult to manage with suitcases if you are alone. The bathtub is very slippery making it difficult to get in and out of. We used a small towel on the floor of the tub to feel more secure. Any difficulties here, can be managed, but tiny changes by management would make this rental more desirable.Great spot for younger folk with no movement issues. Best yet….a very good value.

I would definitely book again. The host seems to always be available, if you have any issues. All the rooms was very clean. It was really super quiet and others were respectful and friendly. If you wanna be close to everything that you wanna do in Atlanta, I would definitely recommend booking this place. They’ve provided all the utensils for cooking, however, did not see a toaster. But that was no problem as I toasted it in the frying pan. It also has an updated washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking never was an issue for me. There was a glitch in completing my added transaction, when the host offered a special discount to add an extra day. But the transaction wasn’t part of the host problem, it was more on Vrbo side. All in all it all got taken care of mostly because of the host who actually cares about their customers and service. Having an elevator is also a plus for the price and convenience to all you wanna do in Atlanta, this place is a no-brainer.🤩

Tried air b and b with constent let downs then tried Vrbo, and found this gem inline with a job situated on krog. Ver nice stay very clean and a very responsive host.only negetive is that the photos are alitlle miss leading but the photos are acurate to the site if that makes any sense. But its not even really anything at all. Thankyou for coming threw in a pinch the job is saved all is well
