The location was in close walking distance to beach and shopping and came with parking - a big plus! The building was ok but our unit itself was comfortable and updated - perfect for our 2 day stay to see Pearl Harbor.

The location was great! Only two blocks away from the beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was smaller than expected. The host was very responsive to my questions. It was great to have a beach wagon and several beach chairs to bring to the beach. The only downside was no laundry machines inside the condo. We had to go to the 3rd floor and use the community laundry facility. I would stay here again.

Great location

Great location, quiet building though the street noise can get a bit loud during the weekends, it's nothing that the A/Cs can't drown out. It was wonderful having a third room, especially having boy/girl teens who want privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place!

We loved the condo! The host was amazing and attended to our every request. It was so convenient to everything and the people in and around it were delightful. The Catholic Church was a five minute walk away. We would stay again.

The location was good and it was clean. The listing pictures have significant filters to make the property seem nicer. Also it should not be listed as 3 bedrooms. It is really 2 bedrooms with a den attached to one bedroom. It was an issue with our group. The building the unit is in is a little run down.

The condo itself looks old but the unit was fully renovated and looks new. The garage was a little bit tiny but our Jeep Wagoneer (big car) could still go through the gate and fit in the spot. Experienced some difficulty to get in/out as elevator requires key fob scanning every single time but it is what it is.

In the heart of the action

Property was very clean and 2 blocks from the beach. Everything was pretty walkable aside from Pearl Harbor, which we expected to Uber to. The third bedroom is off of the room with 2 queens, and had a glass door, so do not expect privacy in those two rooms. The building is very secured, so you always felt safe. We did not cook in the kitchen so cannot speak to how it was stocked. Check out process was a breeze, easiest ever. Thank you!

Though, much like the rest of Honolulu, the building was older, the unit was perfect. It's rare to find a unit that's been remodeled so well. Though the rest of the building (lobby, garage, elevator, hallways) can use updating, this unit was exceptional. I would (and will) 100% stay here again.We had only 1 issue where someone was parked in our spot (which causes real problems considering the lack of parking on the area.) I contacted the host, she replied immediately with a call, and the manager of the building came down immediately. Some random person was parked there and moved it. Really, a perfect stay.

The building is old and needs work in the lobby as well in the hallways. The carpet in the hallway is beyond dirty.When we arrived in our unit we inspected the bedrooms and bathrooms. The sheets had stains and something else on them. We then looked at the bathrooms. One of the bathroom showers was not clean. We immediately called the host. He responded quickly. He had the property manger come to the unit to address our concerns. We had him change the sheets as well as the bedspread. The property manager also cleaned the shower. The pictures posted on the website had to be enhanced because they looked much better than the unit.I want people to know what they are getting because the price of the unit is as much as it is to stay on a resort.The property is close to a lot of restaurants, stores and beach. People who live on the property were nice and very helpful.

Because you felt they were not up to your standards, we immediately dispatched our property manager to replace all the sheets and bedspreads with fresh ones and to re-clean the shower for your peace of mind. While the building itself is an older structure, we constantly work to maintain a comfortable environment inside our unit. We appreciate your honest insights, as they help us keep improving the guest experience.
