Loved everything about this property. Everything we wanted to do was close and convenient - only thing we struggled with was the ppl above us stomping on floors well past 11 pm - nothing that would keep me from going back tho

Had the best time here for Spring break with just me and the kiddos on a softball trip. Place was just as listed and host was very accommodating and communicated promptly. Perfect location and price for coastal walking area. Very much a neighborhood family setting. Place had everything we needed. The only thing I think could have been improved on was the frying pans. I dont fault the owner for this though, bc lots of guests use these and they more than likely get abused. Its hard to invest in a nice set in fear of them walking off. Thanks so much for a wonderful time in Destin!

Family Beach trip

Everything was great, it would’ve been nice if the water hose at the end of the stairs would’ve been working and also the hot tub wasn’t available.

Condo was clean, well equipped, and location was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay until it was cut short by Hurricane Helene. came a little too

Great condo

The condo is very well-maintained and close to the beach. The neighborhood (neighbors) made it difficult to sleep. Our upstairs neighbors ran, jumped, moved furniture, and yelled until 3-4 am in the morning, making it very difficult to get rest. This is not the owner's fault, but the walls/floor do not absorb sound very well. The condo itself is very nice.

Hannah, I know that I responded here later than I should have, but as I mentioned personally to you when you left during your departure I wish you would have contacted me during your stay because I could have contacted the HOA and had someone go by. Quick stay

My mom used her account to book this for me and the kids while traveling back home. I couldn't believe this place was vacant. My girls loved the bunk beds, the master bedroom had a very comfortable queen bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and was very clean, and the living area had plenty of seating and a cabinet stocked with videos for everyone plus cable TV. The girls even got a chance to play in the heated pool and I enjoyed the hot tub seeing how the beach was a little cold for our liking but it was just a very short walk to play in the sand even with a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old. The unit has stairs you take to the second floor but they are not bad at all my 3-year-old had no problem at all walking up them. Didn't mean for this to be so long, I just wanted future guests to know what a find just across the street from the world's most beautiful beaches. Erika
