Recently renovated with brand new owners at the Sundestin Resort. We are located on the 5th floor with the most amazing views. Come see for yourself what the views are all about. Only a few steps to relax with sand between your toes or find yourself relaxing by the pool. Don't forget about the hot tub either. Every morning and night, enjoy the incredible views from the balcony. Recharge at night in the king bed in the master or use the brand new queen pull out with an upgraded mattress. If needed, there is also a roll out cot that can easily be tucked back away during the day. Laundry is available on the same floor.

The unit was perfect for our needs. The beach view was amazing and it was located above the pool. Host sent clean instructions and the room was clean. Would highly recommend this unit.

Check in was a breeze and every one there was super helpful. We loved the view from our balcony and spaciousness of the condo. The restaurant in the building had amazing food and the drinks were delish!

Great location with great views, The bldg. is a bit old but this unit was clean and has great views on the 5th floor overlooking the gulf. The unit is small but for 1-2 people it works fine. Not much room for bags as the closets are full but several dressers are available and only a couple hangers. It was supplied nicely and has just about everything you would need.It does need some new high top balcony chairs, when sitting out in the morning your view is the railing, the current set up sucks, also needs a new toaster, Keurig and frying pans. A coffee pot only, not good for just a cup, toaster is worthless, and the fying pans can be tossed out.The Host was great with communication and we didn't have any issues here.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, and was right on the beach! Check-in was easy and the view was awesome from the balcony! We would definitely stay again!

Great location, condo was clean and well stocked with what we needed, beautiful beach. It’s nice to have food & drinks on site and plus a little store. We loved our stay here, will definitely stay here again!

I had a great time! The location was great and the amenities were appreciated! The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the pools were closed when I was there but not the host’s fault! The only thing I would recommend is thicker curtains for the bedroom. People could see into my room so I put blankets up to help!

The view was spectacular. It made the stay as we could see dolphins in the gulf from our room every morning. We brought binoculars and were able to track them playing up and down the shore. I rated it a little lower because the building was being renovated and we were not informed of that prior to arriving. We had water coming down on our heads as we entered and again once we got up to our room so we almost checked back out before even entering the room. However, even with the construction, I am glad we stayed.
