This is a very beautiful, well equipped supersized home with so many surprises! Even the babies had their own entertainment room! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions, and made our stay a dream of a time. If you’re in Havasu City, this is the place I recommend highly!

Family Reunion 2024

I rented this property for a family reunion. We were a group of 29 extended family members. We had the most wonderful stay at this vacation home! The location was ideal — quiet and peaceful.The home had spacious rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the outdoor space; the patio and pool area were perfect for relaxing in the evenings.The host was incredibly responsive. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. Two suggestions I have for the host1. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more pots, pans, and plates. For a group of 29, there weren't enough plates. We bought disposable plates and cups, which generated a lot of recyclable trash.2. There is a charge for heating the pool. This should be communicated upfront.

AMAZING Home!

This house was amazing for our group of 25 with ages ranging from 1 to almost 80. Very relaxing and yet plenty to keep kids entertained.

Lake View House

The property was not clean at all. The outside had broken glass by the pool , there was a smashed egg drippings on the wall on the patio. We found a pizza slice behind the curtains in the kitchen, and we never had any pizza. There was other things on the walls and the dishes were not clean. They should not be paying for cleaning people bc they are not doing there job.

Very dirty place

The place was really dirty. We found half ate pizza behind the curtain plus everything else we found. I have pictures. The lady with who we dealt with was not nice at all. I was trying to tell her about all the stuff that was wrong and she hung up on me. The pool and hot tub was not the temperature that they told us it would be and the pool had not been taken care of. Would never rent this house again and I feel for anyone that does

Family Friendly Mansion with Amenities for all age groups

This is one of the nice properties that we have stayed so far. The fact that it allowed parties and gatherings up to 50 people makes it even more sought after property for large groups. The property was well maintained and equipped with. The only issue we found was, that it was listed as 6 bathrooms, but there only 5 bathrooms. With 28 people in our group, it was stil la bit of a challenge. However we managed it well. the property was maintained neatly. The swimming pool somehow did not maintain the temperature through most of our stay, The spa was amazing and we enjoyed it everyday. The game room was a bonus which we did not expect and the kids literally stationed there and enjoyed all the entertainment they could get out of the pool table, air hockey, poker and fooseball. A lot of parking also made it easy for our large gatherings. I definitely recommend this property in Lake havasu area, if you are looking for big groups.
