THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside or outside on the deck. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking. Violation of this policy will incur a $500 fine + any additional cleaning fees.

PET POLICY:
1. We do not allow dogs on the furniture.
2. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150
3. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages
4. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside
5. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the yard and throw it away (in a bag and put in the trash bin that is in the front of the house at the bottom of the stairs)
6. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the dog park area
7. Dog will be supervised at all times
8. If left alone, dogs must be crated
9. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.
We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

You're the most relaxed you have been in weeks having just spent 30 minutes in the massage chair, after finding the Swedish massage setting. How did a chair know my shoulder needed some love? I may need another 20 minute session after dinner, you think to yourself. You breathe in the cool crisp air as a train rolls by reminding you, you are in the middle of the city.

Your significant other walks out onto the deck with two plates of piping hot food he just prepared in the fully stocked kitchen on the second level. He informs you the others will be up soon after their heated battle of Shuffleboard comes to a close. They are currently battling it out on the first level and it’s a tie game.
