Welcome to Boho West Villa, a newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat with 1,600 sq ft of modern comfort and plenty of fun. Just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, this home is perfect for families, friends, or groups looking to relax and play.

Inside, the open living space features a 65" smart TV, comfortable seating, and a fully furnished dine-in kitchen complete with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed and private bath, a guest room with a queen bed, and a bunk room with queen-over-queen bunks. Each bedroom has its own 55" smart TV, and the second full bath is conveniently shared by the guest rooms.

Step outside to your private fenced yard and discover the real fun: an 8-person hot tub, fire pit, cornhole boards, and horseshoe pits. Grill dinner on the gas BBQ or gather for outdoor dining while the kids (and adults!) play.

For your peace of mind, the home also includes exterior security cameras and a security system. Laundry facilities are available for longer stays, making Boho West Villa as practical as it is comfortable.

Great place and location!!

Everything was perfect and everything we went to do was very close. The neighbors were friendly and the house was gorgeous! The single complaint was the number of towels with the kids and the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Home was very well stocked with kitchen needs and adequate toiletries to get started. We cooked/grilled every day and had all the tools we needed. The house is smaller than appears in the listing however it has just enough space for 8. Proximity to all major Chattanooga attractions is perfect. We were within 10 miles of everything we planned. The neighborhood looks questionable and can be a bit alarming, but it was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Hot tub was clean. I would suggest bringing extra towels if you plan to use it as there are only enough for showering. Overall a great trip!

Clean, Comfy, and Cute!

The property was very nice and well kept, the host communicated everything we needed to know in a timely and professional manner, and we really enjoyed our stay! I’ve seen previous reviews commenting on the area, but it didn’t bother us. Everywhere we wanted to visit was still within a short driving distance, the neighbors all seemed friendly, and the alarm system made us feel plenty safe.

Great location. Great, clean house.

Like other said the neighborhood may look a little sketchy, but everyone was very nice, waiving hello and smiling. We did not feel unsecured at any time. There’s an alarm in the house you can turn on at night to make you feel more secure. The house is great and has all you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the hot tub. Beds are firm and the house seems well taking care of and clean. There are plenty restaurants 10min away. Walking Dead restaurant was good. Ruby Falls is very close too. Great location. We will return if we come back to Chattanooga.

Comfortable,Convenient,and Courteous

We came to Chatt for a weekend get away and we’re so happy with everything on our stay. The house is literally 8 minutes from everywhere and it makes it so convenient to just pick up and go! Loved our time together and the house provided an awesome vessel for some awesome memories HIGHLY recommend!!

Great pick!

This house was clean, beautiful, and perfectly decorated. More than ample room for our party of 6. I had initially been skeptical of the neighborhood, but we had no troubles at all. We were in town for a softball tournament and this location was very convenient to all softball parks. Fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Exceptional communication from owners!

Super Cute!

Super cute, new looking. Very clean. Close to everything we were doing…Ruby Falls, incline rail, Lookout Mountain, Point Park, Zoo, hiking. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the backyard area-hot tub, horse shoes, bags, chairs, fire table and nice grill. Owner is super responsive at any messages and questions. Would definitely stay again!

Nice House

We found this property and were very excited about its appearance. They’d thought of everything down to a hamper in each room. We will just do a little better on our next rental with confirming it’s location and area of town. The property manager(s) were VERY attentive and helpful with local recommendations which was appreciative.

Memorial Day Weekend

This property was true to it's description. Every detail and amenity was given proper attention. Super clean and comfortable for a family trip. A very short drive to all major attractions. It was the best house on the block and neighborhood. The property's management stayed in touch to make sure all of our needs where taken care of. Generous amounts of snacks, water and toiletries were supplied. No complaint from me.

Perfect for family

This house was recently remodeled and is well-equipped as a vacation rental. Everything felt brand-new and very clean. It's in an older neighborhood that includes some rundown houses on the same street, but it felt safe and the neighborhood wasn't a problem for us. Also, the backyard has a high fence so that kids can play outside without constant supervision. The hot tub was a nice addition. The host was very attentive and readily available, and he/she did not give us an unreasonable list of "chores" to do at checkout or give us any surprise fees. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

A great stay

We had a friends getaway in Chattanooga and this place was great. Had all the amenities we wanted, was clean, and was easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were so kind and checked in on us often. The one thing keeping this from being a 5-star stay are the bunk beds. We had 8 adults with us and the top bunk had a sticker saying it could not hold more than 200 pounds, so unless 2 of your adults are incredibly small someone will need to sleep on the couch. The bed was also quite unstable, shaking every time someone moved even an inch. Other than this, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Couldn’t ask for a better setup.

They thought of everything! We were the first renters at their boho villa and I rented with no reviews. Our leap of faith paid off. Our party was my husband, our two young-adult sons and myself. While the neighborhood is in the early stages of revitalization, we had no issues and the neighbors we met were friendly and welcoming. The house itself is absolutely lovely. The decor is tasteful and I felt like we were staying in a staged show home. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any rental we have used and the contents are not hand me downs from their primary home (as other properties have been). The hosts provided coffee, creamer, 3 types of sweetener, bottled water and an assortment of tasty snacks - so thoughtful! The beds were comfortable with quality bedding and plenty of pillows. Bath towels were plentiful and also brand new. We spent most evenings in the backyard and played lots of corn hole. The original corn hole board were badly warped when we first arrived and when I mentioned this to the host they arrived with a brand new set within the hour - totally exceeded my expectations. The property is convenient to downtown without the hassles of traffic and parking and if we return to the area, we will certainly stay again.

The house was really nice,as was the backyard. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The knock against the home is the neighborhood that it’s in. The are around the home is not attractive and,I would not feel safe if I had one,or more,small children.

Beautiful house and location

Very nice place. Has everything you need. It is also 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go and do. Hiking, waterfalls, breweries, and bbq. When 1st arriving in neighborhood, my family was a little worried. Once you got to street the house was on, everything was fine. Neighbor across the street was very nice.

Very nice place. Not real big but big enough for our family . Not the best neighborhood, but real close to everywhere we wanted to go. Also Bathtub was really slick. I have a bad knee and was very cautious when taking a shower . Overall though it was nice and very clean .

Perfect stay for the weekend!

Great stay for my family! The house had everything we needed and was decorated nicely. It seems to be a recent new build. Not large but not too small - enough space for 8 guest. We used the kitchen a lot and it was well stocked! The top bunk was wobbly however 2 teens had no issues sleeping there. I actually think it's normal with metal bunks. We loved the fenced backyard; it is perfect for families with children and adults as well with the jacuzzi! Neighborhood - We felt very safe in the neighborhood. No issues with the neighbors at all, the ones we met we friendly. It is located in the city and is a true example of city living!

Cozy and relaxing stay

We all enjoyed our stay! It was easy to find, easy check-in and check-out, and just as described. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, but I recommend checking the temperature a few hours before you want to indulge. It was 104 and too hot for some of us, although I enjoyed it. We all loved that there was coffee and creamer available! I also enjoyed the nostalgia playing Mrs. Pacman on the arcade.
