Your family will be 3.5 miles from Disney and close to shopping and fun attractions when you stay at this centrally-located home.
Beautiful, clean and comfortable home just 3.5 miles from Disney. Your family can enjoy a relaxing, quiet retreat away from the parks enjoying your own private heated pool and patio in the Windsor Palms gated community.

The house sleeps 12 comfortably with the following arrangements:
1 King Bed
2 Queen Beds
1 Full Bed
5 Twin Beds
The newly renovated clubhouse in the community has plenty to do too. Some of the amenities included are: Resort style zero-entry pool, bar & grill, gym, movie theater and game room. The clubhouse is a short 2 min walk from this property. A shuttle to parks from the clubhouse is available too on a limited schedule.
New LG Washer/Dryer available on-site. Coffee maker for K-Cup and Drip coffee available.
Air hockey and Foosball table available in the garage.
Families with younger children will have access to a Pack-n-Play, Umbrella Stroller and High chair.
There are no condiments or coffee left from previous guests. There will be a starter pack of essential items available for you upon arrival. This includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small dish soap, 1 pack of laundry detergent.
Guest access:
Entire house and access to a clubhouse filled with amenities perfect for families or groups of friends.
Other things to note:
Pantry Service available with advance notice. Our shoppers can have essential items purchased and delivered to the home before your arrival for your convenience for a fee. Please request at time of booking.
Mid-stay cleaning available for stays of 7 days or more for an additional fee. Please request at time of booking.
