Delight in year-round Kona Bali Kai amenities that include an outdoor salt water pool (heated), a hot tub, an oceanfront gas grill area with picnic tables, and an on-site Specialty Deli called Da Poke Shack. Grab the provided beach gear and stroll steps to popular Banyan Surf Beach for days on the sand. Head to Keauhou Bay for scuba diving, sailing, fishing charters, kayaking, and outrigger canoeing. Tee off at several world-class golf courses. Shops and markets are also within walking distance. Whether working remotely or basking in the sun, this rental is perfect for short-term or long-term stays.

Outfitted with chic, worldly decor, the living area offers a smart TV and USB plug-ins for all your devices. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This rental accommodates two adult guests in a studio-style sleeping space, while a twin air mattress with bedding/linens is available for additional guest (child). Other guest amenities include a stand-up desk converter laptop stand, a Pack 'n Play, a yoga mat. Beach chairs/umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, a cooler, pool noodles, and an inflatable stand-up paddleboard are provided in the home.

The host was so amazing and the condo had everything and more you would want on vacation! The ocean was so close and Da Poke Shack next door was the best on the island! I highly recommend!!!

Central location, and everything two people could need are provided in this cute little listing. Having access to the pool was the cherry on top! The bed is super comfortable, too. The host was wonderful to work with and the communication was excellent. We cant wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Location was awesome, close to the beach and good restaurants. The property is clearly a little older, but the owner of this unit has done a great job furnishing the unit to make it modern and very comfortable. We appreciated all the extra towels, having access to washer/dryer in unit, and the snacks and coffee left for us in the kitchen.

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed at this property for a short weekend trip that we had an absolutely loved the place and location. The condo was exactly what we expected and more. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed having access to all of the features of the property. We will definitely look at staying again on our next trip to the island!

The unit I stayed in was absolutely fantastic. It was updated, very comfortable w excellent condo amenities, I felt safe (solo female traveler), and it was the most thoughtfully and well-stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in! Host communication was top tier exceptional and, overall, everything went extremely smooth! Quick note that this is a condo property in a very high tourist traffic/popular local surfing area on Ali’i in Kona so road and pool noise (especially in early summer w all the kids out of school, etc) was to be expected. I am a frequent traveler to Kona and this condo was one of my best stays on island!Thanks for the wonderful stay and look forward to being back soon!!

We had a great time and felt right at home! The bed was so comfy and the view from the lanai was nice. We loved being able to walk right across the street and enjoy the ocean views and beach area. The snorkel and beach gear were much appreciated and made it easy for us to explore the island. We would come back!

Good location, good value, felt safe. Unfortunately the bed was too soft (common to hotels, VRBO type..only cheap motels have hard enough beds) and the AC unit was simply too small to reasonably quickly cool the unit down.

I LOVED staying in this condo! The decor and individual touches were appreciated. Clean with every detail ...comfortable bed, welcome snacks, coffee, easy to access on first floor, quiet in the building, AC unit a plus. Every moment in this condo was easy. Kitchen fully equipt as well as beach gear and bathroom supplies. Will be back!

Great place to stay!

The balcony needed a little care, the clock was rusty and overhang needed to be repainted. We liked the chairs and table on the balcony. We loved the weaved straw lampshades! Liked the washer, dryer and kitchen. Bathroom was nice but the shampoo and bath wash dispenser kept falling into the tub when bumped , with my elbow. Loved staying there! Thanks

Thank you for your review and the 5 stars! Hadn't noticed the clock had gotten rusty (it takes just a few months actually down there), so I will have it removed. Maintenance on the exterior (like on the lanai) is done by site management, so they are slow sometimes, but I will bring it up again. With the bathroom dispensers, we were bummed to find that two had been broken and just left there, rather than notifying me about it . .normally guests are quick to let us know of any breakage or issues. We haven't had any troubles with them before, and obviously, not knocked off before (or they would have been broken) so not sure what was happening, but I have ordered a new set to be installed to replace the broken ones. Things like that (damage) should be reported to host right away. Those containers have been there for well over a year with no issues, so there wasn't actually anything wrong with the devices themselves, or the system as they have worked well for all others so far. Overall, it sounds like you did enjoy and like the place, but sometimes is hard to tell when reviews start out with the criticisms, or the not perfect things all pointed out. It obviously is a lovely little condo and comfortable and really enjoyed by all.
