Disney is about 25 minutes away by car and Universal is about 35 minutes away. This particular neighborhood is a quiet, secluded place to stay.
There are hours of fun with pool table and air hockey and beautiful themed lighting in the extra space in the garage.
25 minutes from the main gate of Walt Disney World this villa is the perfect location. It is also just 20 minutes from Sea world and 25 minutes from the Universal theme parks. If you want to go to one of Florida's world famous beaches, either coast is just over an hour drive away.
Downstairs there is an airy double height living area with triple French doors providing an abundance of natural light. Relax on the sofas and enjoy the large-screen smart TV, including cable services, plus high-speed internet.
Stepping out onto the pool deck, there is a shaded covered lanai area perfect for al fresco dining on the patio table and chairs. Around the generous pool there are also lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun throughout the day, given the south-facing orientation. It is also worth mentioning that the deck is not ignored due to its elevated position.
The kitchen has new high quality appliances, plus plenty of cupboard space stocked with everything you might need to serve your family. There is a breakfast bar on the island as well as a sunny breakfast corner. Alternatively, enjoy a meal together at the formal dining table, which is adjacent to a secondary seating area at the front of the house.
There are two bedrooms downstairs with private bathrooms. There is an upstairs master suite with a king bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub and double sinks as well as closets. Across from an upstairs loft area that offers a quiet work station are two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds, the other with a queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling lights and Smart TVs with Roku.
Towels and linens are provided along with a washer and dryer available for guest use.
The superior gated community of Legacy Park, which is located on Hwy 27, close to the crossing with Hwy 192, centrally located near shopping, restaurants and golf courses. There is a Publix supermarket nearby and a large Walmart for shopping.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $55 USD with a minimum of 2 consecutive days. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of PolkCounty, Florida.
