We do want to gently clarify the check-in communication, since we take that seriously and want future guests to have the full picture. We sent a booking confirmation, a Welcome to Durango email, and a text message the day of your arrival reminding you where to find your check-in info. Our records show that text was viewed and read at 8:07 a.m., well ahead of the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, and the verification steps were completed from that link. The text also clearly states: "Once the verification steps are complete, the 'Verify me' button will be replaced with a 'check-in instructions' button. Let us know if you have any questions!" We're sorry the check-in instructions weren't easy to locate on your end, and we're happy to look at ways to make that button more obvious. That said, we're a bit unsure what additional step we could have taken, the information was sent through three separate channels well in advance, all confirmed as received. We host hundreds of guests a month and this is not an issue we typically run into, which tells us it likely came down to the button/instructions not standing out on the screen rather than a gap on our end. We appreciate the feedback and hope you'll stay with us again, we'd love the chance to show you check-in can be seamless!
