We loved the house which is really beautiful. Great TVs, furniture, and amenities. The entire place is stylish yet very comfortable. Communication was perfect. When we managed to lock ourselves out one day, we sent a message and the response was almost immediate telling us how to get back in. We would stay here again each visit for sure when it's available. The location is hard to beat and the area is very classy. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house and accommodations were outstanding. No complaints at all! We stay in Key Colony Beach every year and this was one of our favorite houses :)

We loved our stay

Very spacious and everything looks like new. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice, quiet community to enjoy the beautiful weather. Owner was very responsive which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Buddy of mine stayed at property for a few days to relax and fish with another friend that keeps his boat at White Marlin Marina nearby. House was immaculate, woukd highly recommend and definitely stay again!

We will be coming back!!! The location and accommodation were perfect! Wish we could have extended our stay! Now we know for next time! Fishing charter right across from the house. Came and picked us up for a great fishing trip. Everything fell into place so well!

Perfect Keys vacation spot

The pictures and location are what affected us to this place to begin with. Even though the pictures looked great as is, the place was still even better in person. Everything was top notch. The pool access, the little beach, the Sunset Pier, and the great nearby restaurants made it all great. Communications with the host were fantastic. Not much was needed but whenever there was a question, we got quick responses. The accommodations were simply the best. Sitting out on the back porch was so relaxing, as well as spending time in the hot tub. We will 100% book this place again!

Key Colony at its finest!

Our stay in Key Colony Beach, Florida was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning sunsets that reflected over the waters of the canal. The location is a fisherman's paradise! Easy access to open waters. Plenty of dock space. The spacious layout provided ample room for our group, and the tasteful decor added a touch of coastal charm to every room. We especially loved the fully-equipped kitchen! Has everything you could think of. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying evenings on the private deck overlooking the canal. Whether we were sipping cocktails, grilling fresh fish, or simply watching the boats pass by, we couldn't get enough of the peaceful ambiance and breathtaking sunsets. The property management team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations.

Wonderful Property

Wonderful Property, only issue, we are in our 70's and are not tech or TV experts, was getting TV to provide key channels, None of the Main Channels like, CBS, ABC, or NBC were not available and there did not seem to be any way to order them, making it very difficult to watch the Superbowl. Manager did try to assist, I finally had to watch the game on my PC, not a large screen. Would strongly suggest adding how to use the TV to the binder on the property.

Great Property, needs just a few minor things to be 5 star

Overall great property, delivered as advertised. Perhaps our fault but we found the guest bedroom bathroom was not en-suite but shared with the kids bunk bedroom. No big deal, just know that if it matters to you. In the master, we found a pair of previous guests panties between the mattress and headboard upon making the bed. Made us a little concerned on how the fitted sheet could be changed and that still remain there, but we tossed them and washed the sheet. Washer and dryer works well. Kayaks, grill, and outdoor space was great. Dock needs to be set up better for boat rental. Cleats in bad spots and too sparse. But we were able to work with it too.
