It was a great house to stay at. I suggest bringing your own food storage containers as there are none in the house but all other kitchen supplies are. We were very pleased with our stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better place. The place was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool had toys and towels. My kids enjoyed fishing in the canal and the park down the street. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location with a beautiful kitchen, dining room and porch! We also used the bikes, the pool, the boat dock and the cabana club! Would absolutely rent this unit again in marathon.

We have been coming to Key Colony for about 3 years now and this was our favorite stay so far! We loved everything about and are already planning another stay!

Slice of paradise

My family and I had such a great stay! The house was spotless and had a perfect backyard to hang out and relax. We loved the neighborhood and will definitely be back!

Stayed in KCB many times, and this was one of my faves so far. 1 level, huge driveway, on the canal with private pool was major perks. Lots of extras in the home that are not mentioned too.(extra bed sheets,beach towels,pool floats,portable fans, to name a few) Double AC units kept the place nice and cold so take a sweatshirt ! LoL..Kitchen was amazing with all the available gadgets,,could use a few more pots and frying pans though. Loved the bicycles and super nice grill that even had extra propane tank. I guess the extras made up for the unit not having a kayak as pictured. Only other complaint was leaky guest shower and the fishy smell of the laundry room. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy Vacation

Great location, close to restaurants and local activities such as fishing and scuba diving. We enjoyed the Cabana Club which was just down the road. We rented paddle boards and used them right off the dock. The house had plenty of room and the appliances were amazing.

Great yard

Had a great and relaxing time loved that we were able to keep our boat there with us. The little pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Favorite thing was coffee in the morning sitting on the loveseats by the water.

Paradise!

The house is incredible! We visit Key Colony every year and this is by far the best house we’ve ever stayed at! The backyard is magestic and very relaxing! The owner is an incredible person!

The Perfect Place to stay in Marathon

This house was perfect. We have been coming to Marathon for 3 years and this is the best house we have stayed at. The pool is perfect after spending all day fishing. The showers were amazing for getting all that fish smell off as well. Couldn't ask for a better location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house. The property management was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. The only suggestion I would make is to provide more bath towels, other than that the house was very clean and modern. I would stay here again.

Excellent Rental

The property is just as the pictures show. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation there. We caught quite a bit fish out back. We enjoyed the beach and went to Key West for a day. We had a great time! We will be back.

Amazing

House is beautiful and has an excellent layout. Water pressure is excellent and the bathrooms were so pretty. The canal was easy to get to from the boat ramp and easy access to both the bay side and ocean side made boating much less stressful. We was a spotted ray in the canal several times and a manatee as well. Highly recommend this rental

Another fantastic trip in the books. This house is wonderful from the showers to the pool. I highly recommend This house if you have the opportunity. Chandler from KCB Realty does a tremendous job at communication and the crew has the place spotless upon arrival.
