The Space:
The spacious single-floor layout fosters an inviting vibe, ideal for socializing and relaxation. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide comfort and seclusion for your entire group. Snuggle up for movie nights in the living room or unwind in the game room, furnished with board games, a foosball table, and an extra TV. Don't skip the perfect backyard wind down! Equipped with a private hot tub and fire pit its the ideal end any day!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the full home, private driveway, and backyard with hot tub. Some closet spaces are closed.

There is a small fire pit in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.

Tucked in a quiet family friendly neighborhood just a mile off of main street. The perfect location for relaxing and exploring Fredericksburg.
