This home is suitable for families it is spacious and unique space. This Gem is 2 miles from the Sofi stadium, the forum, Cinepolis IMAX theater, Hollywood park casino, soon to be clipper stadium and only miles from LAX airport. This newly renovated home has lots to offer, 4 bedrooms which each has it's own unique style, 3 bathrooms which helps with getting out of the home in a timely manner to hit the road to see the beautiful Los Angeles/ Hollywood areas. It offers a game room/TV room.
The space
- Upon entering the front door, you will be in the living room of the home, which has a sofa, couple of chairs and a desk with a 75 inch TV on the wall.

- Next to the livingroom there is a nice big kitchen with an 7 foot island that seats up to 4 people . The kitchen has all black stainless steel samsung appliances.

Bedroom No. 1: Is a grey painted accent wall room that has a comfortable queen been that sleeps 2 with a closet to hang or fold your clothes.

Bedroom No.2: Is a beach themed room with a blue accent wall which has a comfortable queen been that sleeps 2 with a closet to hang or fold your clothes.

Bedroom No.3: Is a black and white room with two comfortable twin beds.

Bedroom No.4: The loft style huge master bedroom located upstairs rear of the home greets you with stairs that has sensored lights that activate when going up the stairs which is great at nights. It leads you to a comfortable king bed, walk in closet, a natural colored barn door leading to a beautifuly designed bathroom. This gorgeous room has french doors leading you to the balcony that has beautiful view around Los angeles.


Bathroom 1: A sauna style huge bathroom with a wet room. Thats a nice size shower with a stand alone soaking bathtub that sits in the shower area. *** A MUST SEE AND EXPERIENCE.

Bathroom 2: A beautiful black and white bathroom with a shower.

Bathroom 3: This is the bathroom that is in the master bedroom.

Game room / TV Room: There is a nice big 85 inch samsung TV with a sonos soundbar and ceiling speaker which gives you a theater feeling when watching movies with family. This room also has a wet bar with a mini fridge, pool table, arcades and an additional 50 inch tv. This room leads you to the backyard viewing the pool area when barn doors are opened. We call it the "FUN ROOM."


- In the back yard we have an outdoor patio set with a fire pit that can entertain a nice size family. It has string light that comforts you and allows you to enjoy this beautiful LA weather. you also have access to the pool. FYI!!!! POOL IS A BIT OLDER SO YOU WILL SEE SOME IMPERFECTIONS, BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THE POOL IS CLEAN and maintained weekly.

- There is a long driveway that can fit at least 2 cars. Do not block sidewalk
- Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.
- Laundry room has a Washer and dryer. This room is locked but is available to use for a small fee
Other things to note
- We are not refilling gas fire pit . You will have to take the empty tank to a Home Depot, or u haul place to exchange or refill due to our house keeper no longer doing this for Covid-19 safety.
- Overnight street parking is allowed. Please read signs to prevent a citation during street sweeping hours. Host is not responsible for any citations or theft.
- No pets allowed. If a pet is spotted on the camera, you will be charged a fee up to $5,000

Guest access
* Laundry room is available with an additional cost. You will be charged per Day if you want access to laundryroom
* Pool room is not accessible to guest. Do not touch any equipment in the pool room.
* Garage is not accessible to guest.
* Linen room is not accessible to guest.

* Host lives on the same street a few homes down from the rental you will be staying at. Please respect my rules, home and neighbors.
*No additional guest will be allowed. Initial guest will be asked to leave if rules are not followed.
*$100 per person per night for any additional individuals that's not on the initial Itinerary.
*NO SMOKING AT ALL INDOORS.. YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $5000
*NO PETS ALLOWED AT ALL
*Only 2 cars are allowed on premises, parked in the driveway. No parking inside gate.
*No jumping, sitting or standing on pool table
*No dancing or jumping on balcony
*Do not enter in pool equipment room
*kids are not allowed outside alone without an adult supervision
* No swimming or using pool after 6pm
*pool hours 11am to 6pm. No exceptions
*maximum of 5 people on the 2nd floor balcony
*No jumping of balcony.
*No diving into pool from balcony
*Always ensure that there is adult supervision when children are swimming.
*Never leave a child alone in or near the water.
*Never let children swim alone. Teach them to use the buddy system.
*Make sure children swim in supervised or designated areas.
*Never let a child swim during a storm or when there is lightening.
*Never use water wings and pool toys as life jackets.
*Make sure children know the depth of the water.
*Don’t let kids dive or jump into water that is less than 9-feet deep.
*Don’t chew gum or eat while swimming, diving or playing in the water.
*Keep a first aid kit, phone and emergency numbers near the water.
*Learn CPR.
*Have each child aged four and older complete a swimming program.
*Enforce all pool rules, including no running, pushing people in or dunking other swimmers.
*Be sure to remove all toys from the water after everyone is done swimming, so they don’t tempt small children to enter the water when an adult is not around.
*No mail should be sent to this home.
* RV parking for an additional fee.
