This snowbird-friendly retreat is conveniently located in a gated community near fantastic local attractions and places to visit, including Lake Burton, Laprades Marina, Moccasin Creek State Park, and many local restaurants. You will be right between Helen, Clayton, and Clarkesville.

When it comes to outdoor living, this charming cottage does not miss! Enjoy a large screened porch with a welcoming sitting area with a large screen TV and a generously sized Trex deck with an outdoor dining area and a level yard that stretches down to the babbling creek. Gather around the gas firepit for some storytelling while roasting s'mores.

The air-conditioned interior enjoys a welcoming living/dining area with comfortable furniture throughout, a TV and free WiFi to keep you entertained during your stay, and a well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. A stacked washer/dryer adds endless convenience. Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom on the main floor and a sleeping area on the upstairs loft.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
