Detta 3-sovrum plus loft / 3-badrum, tre nivå modernt bostadsrätt, erbjuder bekväma rena och grundläggande boende med delvis utsikt över golfbanan. Det har sovrum och bad på lägsta nivå, gemensamma utrymmen som ett stort rum på mellannivå och ett öppet loft ovanför vardagsrummet nås via trappor. En jägareperspektiv, komplett med djur- och fågeltroféer, ger intresse för utomhusberget. Stämmer som Wooster Scott skriver ut i det stora rummet och samordnade designersängar i varje sovrum bidrar till atmosfären. Denna enhet har inte A / C.
Vardagsrummet har en 55-tums TV / DVD, CD-spelare och trådlöst internet för din underhållning, samt en gasantändad vedeldad spis att koppla av. Matbordet sitter 8 och det finns plats för 4 i frukostbaren, plus en alkov utanför köket har ett bord med plats för 4. En fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i köksavdelningen. Den stora däck utanför vardagsrummet ger utsikt över bergen och omfattar uteplats sittplatser för sex, och en Ducune gasgrill.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, en 32-tums TV, ett eget full storlek bad, och tillgång till ett däck med inbyggda bänkar och en delvis golfbana utsikt. Den andra och tredje sovrummen har alla queen size-sängar och tillgång till en full storlek hall bad. Det finns ett ¾ bad vid ingången till denna lägenhet. Loftet har 4 enkelsängar. Dessa lägenheter har 2 200 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och rymmer upp till 10 gäster.
Komplexa funktioner: Sunburst Condominiums ligger nära Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, simning och underhållning av Elkhorn Resort ligger inom gångavstånd. Mountain Rides erbjuder gratis transferservice till Ketchum, Sun Valley och Warm Springs. Gästerna på Sunburst har tillgång till poolen, bastun och bubbelbad på Harker Center och Elkhorn Village. Sunbursts har också en egen sommarpool och året runt badtunna.

Fabulous for Family

The home was beautiful, clean, and supported a group of ten, each person having a bed and room to stay (no sofa sleeping). The kitchen was well supplied and the linens excellent condition. Would absolutely recommend. I hope to rent this place again next year.

Fit our purpose perfectly!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Not much about the place is new, and it shows some wear from others who've enjoyed it, but the layout and spaciousness made it the perfect condo for our family's stay. It has lots of sleeping spaces (and comfortable beds), a large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and the view off the deck overlooking the golf course and mountains was awesome! Would definitively stay here if we visit Ketchum again.

Would Stay Again

Very nice place with good location, roomy and lots of beds. NIce, big living area next to the dining room and kitchen is very nice. Not a complaint, but an observation: the kitchen supplies could use a little more thought. No plastic tumblers for jacuzzi, several pots and pans but sparse coffee cups. Minimal supplies such as cooking oils, baggies, foil, that kind of stuff which we found out after we'd gone to the store. Just be aware so you can bring with you or go without. But as I said, it's a very nice place and we will stay here again on our next ski trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this Sunburst Condo every other year for Thanksgiving. There have been no updates during this time. The furnishings are very worn out, the leather lounge chair is completely falling apart and leaves pieces all over. Cupboards, counter tops, walls, paint...all is in need of HELP. TV cable broken so unable to watch DVD’s. Wi-Fi worked on & off.Location is good, hot tub good.

Wonderful Place

Spent 4 days and 3 nights. Very clean and was found as represented in the photos. Beautiful and quiet area. Would love to come back again. Only minor drawback is dinette chairs and recliner show significant wear.

Great Sun Valley location

We were thrilled with this property. We had nine adults, including three couples and three adults solo. We had plenty of room and privacy. Super close to the slopes, Sun Valley Lodge and Ketchum. Perfect getaway.

Good location and great spacious condo.

We had a great family vacation. This condo is close enough to downtown, and yet far enough away from the busyness. Kitchen was amply stocked with cooking and dining utensils. Plenty of dishes, glasses for a large family. The condo units are currently upgrading the decks on all units so our deck was under construction and not accessible and BBQ was not available. In the near Future the decks will be awesome. This unit is in need of upgrading.

Great place, but pool was an issue

The condo unit was spacious and clean. There are a few repairs that are needed ( dishwasher does not clean the dishes). Also we had a lot of trouble with the pool key. I made numerous phone calls and two trips to town in the middle of my vacation to try to get the problem fixed. Finally we got a new key and it still didn’t work. Lucky for us there were others at the pool that were willing to let us in. There were a couple of times we weee out of luck and could not swim 😠

Spacious cabin for a mountain vacation

Stayed with 7 friends for a ski week in Sun Valley. The location and layout was great for us-plenty of room for everyone to have their space along with a nice kitchen and lounge area. Would stay again!

Great location to downtown and ski resorts

Overall, the property is described fairly accurately. The dining table still had crumbs and caked on food on it when we arrived so I know not everything was deep cleaned before we got there. I haven’t had to pick up/drop off keys for a VRBO in about a decade so that seemed to be an unnecessary inconvenience. Parking is a pain! It’s always full near this unit so be prepared to park and walk from a different parking lot. It’s also always super icy - a car started to slide and almost hit me in the parking lot nearest this condo. Other than that, it’s a great location. It’s our second time staying in this location and I would probably stay again.

Great location with comfortable living space

I thought the condo was comfortable. The chairs in the dining room are old and starting to fall apart. They need to be replaced. Other than that, the condo was great. I understand the COVID restrictions on the swimming pool, but it is a little frustrating to be in a condo for 10 people and only 5 can go to the pool.
