Denna uppdaterade 3-sovrum plus loft / 2. 5-bad, tre-nivå bostadsrätt ligger på Elkhorn golfbana. Trägolv markerar ingången med ett halvt badrum precis vid ingångsnivån. Alla tre sovrummen är på den lägre nivån. Det stora sovrummet vetter mot golfbanan och har en king size-säng, en takfläkt, en 39-tums platt-TV, badrum och ett eget privat däck. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med antika möten och delar en hall badrum med det tredje sovrummet, som har två enkelsängar. Den här enheten har inte A / C.
Den mellersta nivån har vardagsrum, matsal och kök områden öppna som ett stort rum med välvt tak, och en öppen loft ovanför vardagsrummet med tre enkelsängar nås via trappor. Matbordet har åtta platser och baren har två platser. Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser på två skinnsoffor och två fåtöljer mellan den 46-tums plattskärms-TV och den gasupplysta spisen. Ett litet kontorsskrivbord med trådlöst internet ligger precis utanför köket tillsammans med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Fantastic condo with access to hot tub and pool. We enjoyed how clean the condo was and how close the condo was to Sun Valley. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Great location, not a great stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit was great, other than that I would not recommend. Beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable, the kitchen was not well stocked with anything, has a washer but no detergent, the listing said 3.5 baths but there was only 2.5 so we had to share a bathroom with another couple that came. I message the property manager twice about it with no response.

Mostly in the bedrooms - updated linens and bedding would go a long way. Carpets in bedrooms also need upgrading. Living room and dining room flooring and furniture were new and comfortable.

Spacious and Clean

Even with 9 adults/young adults, the condo felt spacious and fully equipped. It was stocked with plenty of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), and the in-unit washer/dryer helped keep a steady flow of clean towels and washcloths. The unit was clean, the beds were comfy, and the loft was a nice extra space for the teenagers/young adults. We enjoyed the fireplace, and the complex is on the public transit line. If our family ever converges in Sun Valley again, Sun Burst 2739 will be first on our list to check for availability.

Great Place for a Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my buddies took our annual high school buddies ski trip and stayed at this unit. Sunburst 2739. I’m really glad we stayed there. There were not a ton of reviews on the unit so that made me a bit hesitant but it was well worth it. The place was clean, spacious and had a really good layout. We loved that it had a lot of beds. The 3 twins in the loft were a nice touch. Plenty of parking spaces outside the unit and we also loved the hot tub and sauna at the sunburst pavilion. Also, didn’t have any weird smells or anything. Beds were comfortable. Only downsides were that I wish either alpine lodging or the sunburst community provided pool towels. We only had the ones at the unit that were used for showering. Also, the ice maker in the fridge was a bit loud. Overall though, this place was great. I’d 100% stay there again! And probably will. Also, we got in late upon check in and the after hours check in process was super easy too.

Had an amazing time backed up to the golf course. Honestly the only critique was in regards to the pool situation. Online it stated we had access to the heated pool but it turned out we did not. When we went back to the property management to figure it out they did take care of it for our trip. So overall a great experience with one minor bump

Great location, unit needs some TLC

A very large group of stayed at several different units at the same property and I saw first hand the differences in the units! This one seems like a total rental, beat it up and keep on renting, while several other units are appointed much better. This unit needs at minimum new carpet and all new mattresses. The kitchen has some issues.. it needs some TLC! Great trip though!

Disappointed

With the advancements in technology, it was frustrating to have to go to an office after hours to get keys for a VRBO. We even got locked out and had to make another trip to the office. Most all of the rentals I have stayed at have an ability to open the door with your phone. This is a very very very old property. It may have been built in the 70’s. Other condos in the Sunburst community have quality heating. This one has heaters from the 70’s where you have to go room by room and turn a knob to determine the heat. True th fully we were either hot or freezing. No gas fireplace, work burning only. A lot of power outlets do not work. The whole side of the living room where the TV is lost power the first night. No TV, No lights, nothing. We tried all of the breakers as well as the plugs themselves to no avail. Luckily I had an extension cord in my truck so that we could jimmy rig something. Lights and plugs in the master bath sink don’t work. Drawers in the master bedroom are all broke and fall out when you attempt to own them. The guest bathroom has carpet. The fridge whines and the ice machine is always clogged. We opened the window to let some cool air in. Big mistake! That window in the living room is so busted that it required me to get out on the railing and hang over to slam the window shut while someone locked it. For the price and what we were hoping for, I was simply disappointed. I have learned by sad experience that renting an from an actual owner is a far better experience than renting from a company that operates a ton of rentals.
