This multi-level gem enjoys a wonderful location away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet close to fantastic local attractions that include Casco Township Nature Preserve, West Side County Park, Michigan Maritime Museum, South Haven Lighthouse, Fenn Valley Vineyards, Saugatuck Center For The Arts, Bittersweet Ski Resort, and Timber Ridge. Also, you will be close to the Glen Shores association access to the nearest beach.

Surrounded by lush nature and offering tree-lined views, this escapade is the perfect home base for family gatherings and group getaways. Gather around the firepit for some storytelling while roasting s'mores, or hang out indoors in the living room, furnished with nothing but comfortable sofas and a 32-inch LG TV with Roku to keep you all entertained during your stay. Whip up delicious homemade treats and meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern appliances. The home enjoys an enclosed porch with plenty of seating and even a dining table. The basement boasts an entertaining rec room with another 55-inch LG smart TV and numerous board games for the entire family - this is a great spot to unwind, play games, and create everlasting memories together.

Sleeping arrangements include a bunk bedroom in the basement filled with children's games, toys, and books; the primary suite on the main floor, and a third bedroom on the upper level along with a sleeping nook on the lofted area.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If guests are caught there is a fine.
Beach access is from the private but shared Glen Shores association access. There is no beach access from the home.
Guests must pay $50 for a lost key for the beach access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
