4 sovrum (2 master sovrum - perfekt för flera familjer), 3 1/2 badrum, tidigare modellhem i en av de mest önskvärda samhällena i området Bethany Beach - Bayside i Bethany Lakes. Home var professionellt inredda av det bästa interiördesignföretaget i området, Bethany Resort Furnishings och uppdaterades nyligen med ny soffa och kärlekssits, nya utemöbler och all ny modern elektronik. Dessutom installerades en ny matta i hela huset för säsongen 2015. Home har 5 plasma- / LCD-TV: er, BlueRay-spelare, 2 DVD-spelare, XBox 360, Keurig kaffebryggare, höghastighets WIFI och iPod-docka. Cyklar, strandleksaker och baby Pack'n Play ingår. Hemmet ligger bara en kort promenad till det vackra klubbhuset som har inomhuspool, spelrum och enorm utomhuspool med utsikt över bukten, tennisbanor och lekplats. Spelrummet är utmärkt för att spela pool, fotboll, bordtennis eller arkadspel. Även om det finns en regnig dag kommer barnen att bli helt underhållna!

Hemmet är husdjursvänligt för välskötta hundar.

James Farm Ecological Preserve är en mycket, mycket kort 1. 4 mil promenad / körning och precis nerför gatan från vårt hem. Den har en gratis, offentlig strand som är husdjursvänlig 365 dagar / år! Eftersom det är på viken, är det väldigt lugnt och vattnet är mycket grunt. Perfekt för små.

Vi har också en fantastisk sit-on kajak att hyra. Whites Creek är en absolut fantastisk flod och precis utanför vår "bakdörr". Kajaklagring och lansering ligger bara en kort promenad från vårt hem. Hyror är $ 95 för hela din vistelse. Ytterligare kajaker finns tillgängliga från tredje part och priserna varierar från $ 125 / week till $ 175. Låt mig veta om du är intresserad.

Privat garage parkering för 2 bilar och flera platser för ytterligare bilar vid behov.

Mitt mål är att våra gäster ska bli förälskade i vårt hem och komma tillbaka år efter år. Vi tar gästtillfredsställelse mycket på allvar och kommer att göra vad som krävs för att få det att hända. Varje år undersöker jag alla mina tidigare gäster för feedback om vad vi kunde ha gjort för att göra hemmet bättre och genomföra dessa förslag. We loved the location. Very family friendly and close to things we wanted to do. Everything was really clean and the main floor master was good for older parents. The community centre was great - we used the grill, pool, gym, and kitchen/common area. Plenty of parking and the EV charging was a plus!

Beautiful quiet family friendly community

The property is about 8 min drive from the beach, down the street from the grocery store and a playground for littles the rooms are a great size and have great bathtubs to relax in. If you bring a dog they have a small community to walk them in and the pool overlooks the water from the bay which is stunning on a beautiful day. Bethany beach is my favorite for families it’s small and beautiful easy parking and walk to the beach. The owner of the property was very sweet and was very responsive, I recommend anyone staying here.

Model home

It was a very clean home in a nice location. Two car garage was a nice feature as well. The owner, Brooke, was excellent in communicating the surroundings and access to the condo. No complaints. Had all amenities that were needed. Thank you Brooke/Vrbo.

From the first moment we walked in the door, until we departed , we were quite comfortable and pleased. The communication from our host couldn’t have been any better. We definitely plan to stay here when we return to the Bethany area.

Needs some TLC and a new cleaner...

I don't like checking into a place and immediately noticing how it hasn't actually been cleaned (despite a cleaning fee being charged). The carpet just outside the kitchen had what looked like cat litter (didn't smell like it). The tablecloth (glued to the table for some reason??) had sticky drops/residue all over. Luckily there were Lysol wipes under the sink so I did a thorough wiping down of counters and table. The first dish I grabbed out of the cabinet had food dried onto it so I ended up pulling out what I figured we would use for dishes and running a load in the dishwasher. We found upon arrival (late evening) that not a single roll of toilet paper was in the condo. I messaged the host to ask if there was a secret stash somewhere. Got a response right away that the cleaner should have stocked it. Ended up running to the grocery store nearby to get some. We were so excited to be able to use the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, when we filled it up and turned it on it spit out chunks of mold from the jets. Pretty gross. We let it run for a bit, drain, and tried again... same thing. We tried again the last night but due to a community-wide water issue from the storm that came through we couldn't fill the tub with "clean" water. Place was "fine"... I'd suggesting finding a new cleaning company. Also, have someone come in and do some general maintenance/TLC/repairs. (drywall repair, shower heads, etc.) Vrbo limits my review to 1500 characters so I can't say more...

Great property

Overall we loved the property with a few issues. If you’re traveling with people with mobility difficulties, there are a lot of stairs (to get in, upstairs, living room to kitchen) and the televisions were wonky. Other than that, it was a great location, clean and easy check-in/out.

Family Fun

We booked this last minute and my husband and I have been talking about it ever since. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. The garage was filled with fun adult and children activities. We will definitely be coming back! Well done!

pleasant stay

The complex and home were very nicely appointed and maintained. The host was amazingly helpful and responsive (best we've had after dozens of rentals!). Attached garage was a nice bonus but had too much clutter to fit 2 cars and parking for the second car was a good distance away. The biggest design flaw was the lack of dining space. There is barely room to seat 6 people in the relatively small kitchen and the dining set leaves little room to move around. The kitchen was well-stocked but sharp knives and better cookware are needed. Although we appreciate this is a pet friendly home, we found the carpet and LR rug to be less than clean. Location was short driving distance to everything we needed, including many great restaurants.
