Denna semesters dröm erbjuder ett klubbhus med flera miljoner dollar, där du kan bada i antingen inomhus- eller utomhuspoolen, njuta av bubbelbadet, träna i det toppmoderna fitnesscentret, spela biljard och pingis i spelet rum, titta på storskärms-tv, eller bara njut av de vackra solnedgångarna från Sunset Gazebo. Krabba eller fisk utanför bryggan, spela pickleball och tennis, cykla, kajak, ta barnen till lekplatsen - Bayside vid Bethany Lakes har allt!

Att komma till stranden kunde inte bli enklare! Ta Fred Hudson Road, inte Route 26, och undvik trafiken.

Excellent Vacation!

Property was great with a well stocked kitchen, beach supplies, pickleball paddles and other play stuff you could use. It was clean and well maintained. The clubhouse and pool were wonderful. Colleen was quick to answer any questions that arose. Thank you!

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

House was very nice and kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meal prep. Amenities within complex were nice option for family activities. Beach options were a short ride and town center had lots of food and shopping options. Would definitely stay again. Communication with host was always quick.

Family oriented

This property is well maintained and well located. The host ,Colleen ,is a pleasure to deal with and is always available to answer any questions you may have. She goes the extra mile to make your stay an enjoyable one. I strongly recommend this property for your vacation especially if for a family. The pool at the complex is first rate and the beach is close. Will definitely be back

An Awesome Vacation Spot

We have been coming to Ocean City Maryland for several years now, but this is the first time we stayed at Bethany Beach. The property that we rented was very comfortable, and was fully stocked with any item you would need during your stay. Colleen, the host had everything laid out at our fingertips. Upon arrival. We absolutely loved the clubhouse amenities. When we were there, the indoor pool was almost like a private pool. We can’t thank Colleen enough for allowing us to stay at her beautiful home. We hope, if it is available to get the Same property next year. Thanks Mark.

Bethany Delight

This property was everything you could want and more.The 4 bedrooms were located where everyone could have privacy and the living room and family room on separate floors allowed us to do our own things if desired. My wife and I were there with our daughter, son inlaw and 3 small children. The closeness of the pool and easy drive to the beaches was perfect. I recommend this home highly and hope to rent again in the future.

"Villa" and "Resort Community" are a stretch and hidden costs

This 90s-style townhouse is a bit rundown, disorganized and lacks certain important features to be characterized as a "Villa." E.g., certain kitchen cabinets falling off hinges, toilet within main floor bedroom barely flushes, knob on dressers are not attached, the house sleep 10 but the only dining table seats just 4 persons, there is enough hot water for exactly 1 bath, there are basically no instructions on how to use anything in the house or what to do with trash as an off-season renter. There are also what could be considered hidden costs. "Linens" cost $144. Access to "resort community" amenities are at least an additional $210 for 6 people. Also, pool access was not even available even if you wanted to pay for it (which allegedly "never happened before"). No refund available if pool is not available "it's n the rental agreement". Owner will blame renter for broken toilet. Although, still unclear, it appears the owner expects renter to take trash bags with them home in their car because in the off-season there is no service to pick up the trash. Also, if you spill something on the kitchen floor the owner will say they could have kept your deposit just for that. Overall we liked the house because it was big but probably won't rent again because owner blamed us for broken toilet.

I want to go back!

This property is even better than the pics! It is so clean, nice and well -stocked. It’s not close to beach but the neighborhood is so nice and quiet and we loved using the gym and pool The house felt like home! We will definitely stay here again!

Home Away from home-NY

It was such a pleasure working with Colleen and our booking was easy. The home was lovely, quiet place off the busy highway. We were impressed that the basic necessities were in the home like hand soaps as we always brought our own, the little things mattered. Great place for a pet too, neighbors had pets to which was great! The pool was quiet never crowded and the clubhouse staff was great!! Thank you for a beautiful vacation! Recommended eats was great too!!!

Weekend Respite

Nice digs but no view

Lovely and comfortable for all ages. "Ocean View" or "Bay Side" mislead since all the views are of more condos and pavement; there is no water view until you walk for 5 min. to the river/bay. Fairly short drive to the ocean. Owner seemed sweet and helpful.

Great beach vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Colleen's home in Bethany Beach. She was a great host and answered all of our questions and concerns before and during our stay very promptly. Getting into the house was very easy and the house was beautiful and clean. My husband and I were so happy to have time with our son and his wife and our two granddaughters (ages 2 and 4) who came down from Boston to be with us. There was lots of room for all of us and lots to do inside and outside the home. The beach was a short drive from the home and the clubhouse on the premises provided additional fun in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. Our only complaint about the clubhouse is that the steam room has been out of order for a long time- not cool when you are charging people to use your facility. We had to pay to park at Bethany Beach but it was easy- with cash (has to be quarters) or credit card for a two hour limit. Very reasonable. The town of Bethany Beach is so cute with shops and ice cream and a park with playground. We also drove up to Rehoboth Beach and went on a bunch of the kiddie rides. So much fun for the grandkids and for us! Colleen's house is well stocked- we ate 3 or 4 dinners there and had most everything we needed to cook up some good grub! I will warn you that the smoke alarm is overly sensitive and even with the vent fan on, it kept beeping. Other than that, we had such a wonderful week and highly recommend this property!

What a beautiful, extremely well kept property. Everything met our needs perfectly. Our property manager, Colleen, did an excellent job in promptly answering all our questions and quickly resolving the minor issues that arose. We had an absolutely outstanding week in this property.

2019 Family Vacation

We enjoyed visiting Coastal Delaware and all it had to offer - the ocean, kayaking, paddleboarding, dolphin watching, and seeing the wild horses at Assateague (nearby Maryland) as well as boardwalk area shopping! Colleen's home was wonderful and comfortable for the 7 of us. Decorated so pretty and spaced out well. You could relax in the main entry living room or the upstairs family room for conversation or tv, or relax in your bedroom or on one of the decks with a good book. Family games in the kitchen in the evening with snacks! We enjoyed the clubhouse amenities especially the pool and hot tub. My nephew and his friend enjoyed the arcade game room as well as the library for chess. My niece and I tried our hand at pickleball. Taking walks or riding the bikes on the property grounds was nice as well. All in all a great family vacation! .
