This was a great place to stay in Simi Valley. The location was central to everything we needed to do there including visiting our son who recently moved to the area

Incredible! Just as advertised!

We rented this place over the holidays to visit family. The outdoor area was perfect for entertaining. The indoor area was large enough for Christmas Eve dinner for all. Highly recommend.

Stay in Simi Valley

Great location to stay just outside of Los Angeles as well, lots to see and do in Ventura county. This property has an amazing jacuzzi and pool for rest and relaxation.

Couldn't have asked for more

The house is great and was bigger than the listing made it appear. The owners had "easy-to-follow" instructions on how to operate the pool and hot-tub and we used them plenty in the 2 days we were there. Simi-Valley is a great location if you want to visit the beach. The drive to Malibu is unforgettable and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Stay

My family of 6 adults stays here very comfortably. Lots of room and we enjoyed the pool. Everything we needed was there and home had renovated kitchen and master bath.

Great house!

This property was simply amazing. The backyard area with the pool and hot tub was fantastic! This was our first trip to California and it was a great location. We were less than an hour away from everything we wanted to do and see. Beautiful town and helpful host! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home perfect for Little House on the Prairie lovers

This home was all we could've asked for and then some! We came for the Little House on the Prairie 50th Anniversary Cast Reunion and Festival. I mentioned that in the comments when booking the stay, and a festival yard sign greeted us when we arrived. There were nods to Little House throughout the house for us, and he went out of his way to get event posters for each of us. Gary knows how to cater to his guests! The house is beautiful with all the amenities we needed. The jacuzzi was lovely to soak in after a full day of adventuring! He even invited us to pick and eat ripe lemons and oranges from the trees in his yard. They were so delicious! Any questions/comments were replied to in a timely manner. Gary is a great host! If we are ever back in Simi Valley, I'll be looking to book this house again!

Its a great place to start your vacation with less hustle and bustle, free parking everywhere, and friendly people! Simi is within a half hours drive to major international airports, Hollywood, and major attractions! Or, less then a few hours drive to places like Yosemite or Sequoia National Park! Simi Valley is also the home of the Ronald Reagan Library. There's plenty to do, so please come visit our home, we want you to enjoy your stay!
