The kitchenette is stocked with all you'll need for a light continental breakfast as well as snacks. The bed is queen-size, and the bedroom has blackout shades. Dedicated thermostat in the hallway. Laundry room available upon request.

We love the place! it was a very nice space, well appointed, and decorated with a lovely view of nature on the hillside. They even left fresh bakery bread, drinks, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine for us! The location was also excellent very near downtown Napa. The only drawback was the queen bed was a bit snug for me and my six foot five inch husband. Otherwise-perfect.

We loved this property and out stay! The hosts had great communication before and during our stay. The property was lovely and in a great location. We felt so comfortable and at home and we really appreciated the extra special touches from the hosts. If we return to the Napa valley in the future, this is our preferred spot to stay!!!

Lovely Stay

A great place to stay in Napa. Close to downtown and wineries. Comfortable bed and nice bathrooms and very nice kitchenette with fresh fruit and bread. We’d love to go back again!

Great stay!

My wife and I stayed at Bob and Cynthia’s place for a few nights and was very impressed. The location is in quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Napa. Bob and Cynthia were great hosts and would highly recommend staying there.

Perfect stay during Napa trip

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the morning we enjoyed coffee by the outdoor fireplace and even saw deer. The two bathrooms were a real treat. Hoping to visit Napa again and we wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay!

The property was very clean and provided a relaxing environment to stay in. Cynthia and Bob were very helpful with anything we needed and very knowledgeable about the area. The back patio was a great place to enjoy the local nature and their house was nearby great restaurants and local shopping districts. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy all Napa has to offer.

Homey Getaway

Loved the home away from home feel. Close to all the action. Hosts were very welcoming. Having 2 restrooms were convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

We're located in the Alta Heights neighborhood. It's a desirable place to live and one of the oldest in the area. Downtown Napa is very walkable in about 30 minutes. There you'll find a big selection of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, music and other entertainment.
