Newly updated suite in the heart of Denver! A spacious yard for furry friends and a central location make this place ideal for everyone. For medical travelers, Denver Health is only 3 blocks away! Baseball and Football fans, the Broncos and Rockies stadiums are only 3 miles away. World-class ski resorts only 1hr away! Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Winter Park...
The space
Upscale and spacious suite in the heart of Denver yet, located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Baker. You have access to the entire suite for yourself. In the living room, you will find a large 65" Smart TV as well as a spacious sectional for the whole family to be comfortable! Feeling hungry, you have a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, spacious cabinets, and Quartz countertops. Enjoy your meal in the luxurious dining room while watching TV using the full motion TV mount bracket. Please feel free to use the coffee bar consisting of a Keurig Coffee machine as well as an electric kettle for tea. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and lavish 600 thread count sheets. In the walk-in closet, you will find ample space for your belongings, a dresser, an iron, and an ironing board. Head over to the bathroom where you will find a brand new custom shower paired with a bathtub and caddy tray to enjoy a hot shower after a busy day in the town. Need to do some laundry? The in-unit washer and dryer are for guests' use only so feel free to use them at your conveninece.
Guest access
An entire suite is an entire place furnished for guests only so there will no owner's belongings around. The outdoor dining area, as well as the BBQ grill, may be shared when there are other guests staying in the suite right above yours! There is a spacious front yard with a lush landscape that is fully fenced for the furry friends' enjoyment!
Other things to note
There is plenty of street parking right in front of the premises so feel free to find a spot. You will be able to see your car over your private deck and/or window. Please note that from April to November on the first Tuesday of every month there is street sweeping. On this date, please park your car across the street the night before. By Tuesday evening, you may continue to park regularly in front of the house.
