1 bedroom Modern Victorian in heart of downtown
Stylish 1890's Victorian 1 bedroom house centrally located a 1/2 block off Broad St. in the heart of downtown.
Living room & dining room are perfect for relaxing after exploring all this area has to offer! Fully stocked kitchen & 1 full bathroom. There is a porch to hang out on & watch the world go by!
700+ Mbps wifi speeds
2 minute walk to all shops and restaurants! 1 block from Minerâs Foundry
Our house is walkable to every restaurant and shop in downtown.
A few things to note:
-Dogs are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to dog rules and non-refundable dog fee will be requested of you. Please mention you will be bringing a pet when you book with us. No cats, please!
-There is a $30/ night fee for any additional people over 2.
-2 parking spots max.
-Back patio is shared with the 1 bedroom Carriage Haus
-Please note that this is not a house for loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. No loud talking or music outside after 9pm. We have had complaints from our neighbors about previous guestâs noise levels so we like to make sure future guests know this is not a house for partying or spending late nights outside. Please note we have noise decibel monitors around the property.
-We do not allow ANY additional guests beyond the # listed on the reservation for an extended period (beyond an hour). Should you need to have additional people come over for longer, please let me know and we can work out an additional fee. Having additional people coming in and out of our space is wear and tear on the property and additionally, the city short term rental permits do not allow gatherings beyond the # of registered guests. There will be a fine for any unapproved guests.
