The first floor has a large family room which leads out to the covered patio and flows right over to the open kitchen that features all stainless-steel appliances, a pantry and an island bar. You will also find bedroom 1 with its adjoining bath, a laundry room, and a 1/2 bath on the first floor. On the second floor are the additional bedrooms and a spacious game/bonus room with a closet for extra storage. Bedroom 2 has its own private bath, and the other full bath is shared by bedroom 3 and 4 and both offer walk-in closets.
