A lovely resort in a beautiful area. We were very pleased with our studio apt at the resort. A mini getaway for my daughter, my grandson and myself.

Awesome getaway

The location was amazing and the host was great! Right next door to blue mountains north side. There was a ski rental place right next door to our vrbo called Ricks, and we were able to save money on rentals and it was very convenient for pickup and drop off. All around great trip and I would definitely go back

We enjoyed our stay. Liked having a kitchen, didn't go to restaurant in main building, but it looked nice. Used the shuttle service to travel to and from village, which was a great convenience!

All you need

We enjoyed our stay. Everything that the owner could control was great: fully equiped kitchen, great location, wifi, tv etc. Great double bed although I would advise that the sofa bed be replaced as the springs will hurt you if you olan to sleep on it.

Nice, comfortable condo

It's a nice quiet place to stay, great location in between Collingwood and Blue mountains. The pool was small for the size of the place, only used it once. Lots of beaches close by. Almost every place we go to could use more towel racks.

Home Away

Beautiful and clean! Perfect get away and steps away to ski ⛷. Restaurants close but everything you need is in the rental to make a fabulous dinner at home. Shuttle service to the Village is a bonus. Definitely will rebook.

It was great and clean

Its a nice small studio and it was so clean. My and my parents rented for 2 nights and we were ok. It has only one bed plus the coach which u can open it and make it as a bed. So it was fine and comfortable:)

Great place to stay!

We stayed at the Hillside Studio over Labor Day weekend. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We were able to store our bikes on the deck and enjoyed being able to eat "in" a few times, using the wonderful kitchen. It is a great location.The close proximity to both the Village and Collingwood allowed us multiple restaurant choices. The pool and hot tub were welcomed after a long day of biking and hiking. We encountered no issues at all during our 4 day stay!! Martha and John

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were getting away for a birthday weekend at Blue Mountain. Place we stayed was perfect for the two of us. Cute little studio. Very clean. About a 25 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village. Cabs coming back at night were not a long wait. Teresa the owner was great. If I had a question, she got back to me right away.

Great Stay!

We stayed at the property 4nights. It was great to have a base for a few nights with our daughter who is 1. The apartment was in a great location for getting to the slopes and village via the shuttle bus. Although there was the option for ski in ski out over a small bridge. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had a good kitchen area that was well stocked with equipment which made preparing meals easy. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Pull out couch is not of this decade. Luckily they had another 6 or 8 pillows in the closet. Dip, bar, dip, bar, dip... cozy. Otherwise perfectly good for a weekend away to hit the slopes.

Nice place. Has everything you need.

Nice place close to mountain. It’s perfect for a couple to stay in. They provide bare minimum. No soap for shower which I found odd. It doesn’t cost much to leave a bar of soap for a shower. Some of the repairs and finishes were not great. It looks and feels like a hotel room. Other than that the place did the job and host was very informative.

Cosy small appartment, nicely decorated but needs an update

Nice but small appartment (studio), cosy. It is clean on the inside, but we thougt the outside is very dirty, rusty. The building has not been painted for years, the balcony is dirty and if it rains the balcony from above leaks. The appartment really needs an update/renovation. Very nice host, who always answered very soon.

Enjoyable Stay!

This is a great property, situated right by Blue Mountain Resort! We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed every single bit of it. The condo was well furnished and clean, both in the kitchen and bedroom, and provided easy access to the community pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Although we didn't use the pull out sofa, it was nice to know we could have accommodated more guests and still made use of the spacious condo. The owners themselves were very courteous and prompt in accommodating us late minute and responding to any of our inquiries. The only concerns we had was the lighting, which could have made the space a bit more bright, as the natural light doesn't flow all the way in. Overall, a very enjoyable stay at this property!

I did not get suite I rented from the site/owner

The property shown that I thought I renting was not at all what we got. I walked into a much older style rental. Vintage appliance and a old bed . Not happy at all. This was to be a well deserved cozy get away for my husband and I but we were so uncomfortable on the couch and the bed that we spent more time out of the room .not satisfied at all

Communication was abysmal

We received the welcome email 3 days before we left. It stated that a follow-up email would be received with the door code. No code was received by the time we arrived. Contacted host, eventually received 3 different codes for 2 separate rooms. Another host had to help us, as ours was of little help. This was extremely stressful. No wifi in our room, we were given access to another room's wifi instead. The location was good, and the room was as stated, but this host had poor communication and became very snarky. Also left a negative message with the host that did help us. I also have become used to a welcome folder in the room with wifi info, door info, local info, and places to eat and see, and there was nothing. We didn't find out until we were leaving and dropping off the garbage that there was a laundry at the resort. As I said at the beginning communication was abysmal!

Our studio is a 15 minute walk from the beach at Georgian Bay, called North Winds. A 15 minute walk to the Village and a 15 minute drive to Wasaga Beach. Located within Mountain Springs Resort, you don't have to go anywhere to experience resort amenities have an Outdoor Heated Pool, Outdoor Hot Tub and Tennis Courts on site.
