Open Plan Living at The Wine Glass
The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates and glasses. Bring along your crockpot for making chili! The kitchen runs almost the full width of the house with a long breakfast bar and stools. Feeding your whole gang at once is simpler with more space.
Overstuffed leather sofas and armchairs give you plenty of room to assemble in the morning around cups of coffee in the living room. The HUGE flat-screen mounted over the fireplace means you don't have to miss out on the game because you are on vacation and movie nights are a blast because you can see the screen from everywhere in the great room.
The dining room table is perfect for setting up board games or a breakfast bonanza before heading out to the pool.


Come on in! The water is fine!
The step-in pool with sunshelf (great for sunbathers and little splashers) is surrounded by a covered veranda with a safety gate between the
doors to the house and the pool. **Do NOT let children outside unsupervised. The fence is not childproof.**

The cabana kitchen includes a sink, counter space, a second fridge/freezer, ANOTHER wall-mounted flat-screen, and a bar for lining up sandwiches, serving up cold drinks, or getting the BBQ in full swing.
Just out from under the covered cabana kitchen is the charcoal BBQ Pit, ready to grill up everyone's favorites. Iron dining tables with enough space for everyone to eat at the same time overlook the lawn. The firepit, s'mores, stars, and the galaxies of the Milky Way are the best way to end every day at the Wine Glass.

We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed.

The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental.

We will ask for your phone number and email address before arrival as well. We will NEVER use this information for marketing purposes without your expressed permission. This is simply so that we can reach you during your stay. Cell phone service is spotty and we can't count on the platform you have booked through to ensure great communication during your stay. This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Our office is the little white building around the back.

The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through VRBO you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign VIP Rental Agreement. This rental agreement includes asking for contact information during your stay (email and phone number). This information will never be used for marketing purposes without your expressed permission.
