Guests will have full access to the entire house and all its amenities, except for the locked storage closets in the laundry room. Upon arrival, you’ll enter through the front porch, leading directly to the main entrance. Access is granted via a personalized code assigned to you to enter into our Smart Lock system, providing a seamless and secure entry experience.

The living room features a 50" Roku Smart TV for your entertainment. You have the flexibility to sign into any streaming service of your choice; however, please note that no streaming services are provided by default.

While we have a pest control service in place, it's possible you may still encounter the occasional insect. We do our best to keep them at bay, but given the natural surroundings, some may still find their way in from time to time. We appreciate your understanding!

While enjoying the natural beauty in Blue Ridge, GA, it is not uncommon in this region to spot wildlife. We want to remind you to exercise caution when using the backyard or nearby areas due to wildlife. For your safety, avoid contact at all times.

Casita on the Ridge shares a steep asphalt driveway with a tiny house located approximately 200 feet away on the left side of the driveway. The driveway is accessible for standard 2WD vehicles. For your convenience, a photo of the new driveway is included in the “Additional Photos” section.
