Vår vackra nyinredda Luxury Condo är finaste beläget på Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. Det är en av endast en handfull av de luftkonditionerade egenskaper på ön Kauai. Vår lägenhet ligger på 2: a och 3: e våningen med en fantastisk utsikt över bergskedjan. Anläggningen ligger bara en kort promenad till flera stränder i världsklass, inklusive Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach och Poipu Beach vilket gör dem den perfekta platsen för alla storlekar grupp eller familj. Om du har yngre barn tillsammans för resan hittar du inte en mer perfekt barnstrand än den lilla stranden som bildas mellan Brennecke och Poipu stränder. Skyddad från surfen genom en naturlig rock outcropping och med en mycket grund och svagt sluttande strand, kommer barnen att ha en blast!

This is a fabulous location within walking distance to the beach, Moir gardens, etc. The pool and hot tub were also lovely. Beautiful grounds and beautiful area!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean and well stocked, within walking distance to Poipu Beach where we all got to have a puka dog, and a five minute drive to old town Koloa. The owner was prompt to respond to any questions we might have. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a fun vacation!

This house was just right for 5 adults to have their own space! It had all of the accommodations we needed and more. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants.

Family trip

Myself, husband, two children (age 11) and both sets of grandparents visited Kaua’i for the first time. The condo was spacious and worked well for the number of family members we had. Our only issue was the wireless internet. When I contacted the owner, she did her best to get the situation fixed.

Friends getaway

We were on a couples getaway!! There were 3 couples and we had an AMAZING time. The property was very clean and welcoming. The location was very close to other attractions with great beaches and great restaurants!! I would definitely recommend this property!!

Family time in Poipu

4 adult couples and two infants. Great condo. Would highly recommend. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and water toys available for use. Kitchen amply supplied with cooking gear. Nice big dining table. Upstairs loft/bedroom is very nice with privacy screen, but should be taken into consideration if a couple is planning on staying in that space. All bedrooms had king beds! Would stay here again with our family and close to the beach.

Great Condo Near Beaches

I would highly recommend this condo in south Kauai. It was very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to multiple beaches and a beautiful hiking trail. It was also well stocked and the beds were super comfortable.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful home!

We had such a great stay at Jennifer's place. The house was beautiful and well stocked and we were all super comfortable the whole time. Loved the surrounding resort and beach proximity. Would love to come back someday!

Family Spring Break Get-Together

Great place and great location. Could easily walk to back to see sunrise/sunset, turtles, Monk seals. Excellent restaurant/bar with awesome happy hour pricing and pickle ball courts also just a couple minutes walk.

Loved this condo

Our group (8 adults) enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Very clean and plenty of space for us. Loved being able to walk to the beach and several bars/restaurants. Plenty to do in the area also.

Great Condo at Poipu Kai

This is our second multi-generational family trip and stay at the Regency at Poipu Kai. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for our trip. The only (very nominal) downside was the unit was along the main road, which we didn't realize, but that didn't detract from the location or the trip at all. We would stay again!

Fantastic Poipu home

Jennifer's home in Poipu was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described, well-equipped, spacious, clean, with cool A/C, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location close to Poipu beaches could not be better. Jennifer was very responsive, answering all of our questions, and helping us to plan our activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
