Two homes in a duplex. Each home is available separately, but both can be booked together to accommodate a large group. Great for a family vacation/reunion, corporate retreat, or any other large group that wants to be close together but with enough space for everyone!

- Memory Foam mattresses in every bedroom + Sofa bed in each living room
- 4K Smart TV's in living room and in one bedroom in each house, watch all your favorite streaming services
- Fully stocked and equipped kitchens
- Relax on the back house second floor patio and the front house gated front yard and enjoy the ocean breeze
- Back house has 2 bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms
- Washer and dryer in both houses
- One garage parking space, 2 alley parking spaces, and additional street parking
