3.400sf hem på trädbevuxen mycket med två små bäckar. Privat pool med vattenfall och stora däck och uteplatser. Ny (och uppriktigt fantastiskt) kök renovering ankrar detta rymliga hem i Lake Hills gemenskap, bara 15 minuter från centrum. Höghastighets wifi, DirectTV och Sonos högtalare. Stort öppet sovrum med bäddsoffa (inklusive bidé och ångdusch); stort öppet koncept kök / vardagsrum / matsal; ytterligare två sovrum spelrum med 60 "TV, playcape och trampolin.

Great getaway

Wonderful property. Immaculately clean. Everything well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of deer and wildlife. Easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Pool looks great but I didn't get to use it due to uncooperative weather. Did use the hot tub and it was perfect. Communication with owner before and during my stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

Perfection

Fun summer getaway

Amazing pool, comfortable and clean home. Italian restaurant Patrizi's is very close by and delicious. No problems whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. We were celebrating birthdays and graduations and we couldn’t have asked for a more awesome mini vacation. Awesome family vacation.

My two sons, their wives and my 5 grandchildren joined me for a family vacation filled with special memories. The house was perfect, lots of room, well stocked and very clean. Even better was the secluded yard, only neighbors we saw were the deer and we only heard the roosters. Best of all was the pool where we all had a blast! I highly recommend this property.

Lovely neighborhood and fantastic house

We had a large family group staying here for the weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The house is very spacious but our favorite part was the backyard. There was so much room for the kids to play and for us all to relax. We loved the big open kitchen as well for cooking family meals and time together.

Thanksgiving in Austin

This home is very spacious, clean and comfortable and offers plenty of spaces for people to gather, visit and relax. It’s very suitable for young children and the host is friendly and welcoming and accommodating to special requests. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

This house was prefect for my family weekend getaway. The pool was the highlight, we stayed in the pool the entire time. The had everything we needed. Host communication was prompt and helpful. I would book this stay again!

The Great Wooded Escape

Absolutely beautiful property. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic. The house is a PERFECT set up for two groups/families traveling together. The community space is in the middle, with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked, which almost never happens in a VRBO. I would absolutely recommend it and rent again.

Wonderful backyard space!

Wonderful property, loved the backyard space. Home was very comfortable. Very nice to have a well stocked kitchen with pots/pans etc. plenty of glasses. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Wooded Escape

This property was perfect for a family staycation. The backyard on this home was so amazing. The pool with waterfalls was fun and relaxing. Plenty of shelves in the pool to sit and enjoy the view and sounds. The hot tub was a great way to end your day with the super jets :) . The home was clean and well stocked. The owner is incredibly responsive and all of the touches they have made to make you comfortable are evident. We even saw a HUGE deer in the backyard. We will be back.

Amazing vacation home

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is even better than the pictures which usually is not the case. Every detail is thought out and everything is high quality. The beds are so comfortable, there are plenty of towels, and blankets and it felt like a true vacation. The outside area is so fun. The hosts are very communicative and hospitable and we hope to come back soon! I definitely recommend this spot.

Great rental for family gathering!

Well stocked property w pretty much everything you need. 5 separate spaces for sleeping which was great for our 6 adult 3 kid gathering. Everyone was able to have their own space. Backyard and pool were awesome! Private setting outside. Thanks again to Michael for being a great host.

To Good

Michael's place is amazing, slept the 6 of my group very comfortably, was clean, and has every amenity. The backyard might have been the best part of our trip. We came out to explore Austin but we ended up spending the majority of our time just enjoying the house! Michael himself was a very responsive host. Overall great experience.

My wife and I designed and built this home. It is an eclectic mix of traditional, transitional, modern and southwestern. The house has 10' ceilings, and a 16' vaulted ceiling in the living room. From the huge decks and patios, you can relax and soak in the sounds of birds, insects and frogs. Or shut the doors and windows and enjoy silence (or your own rockin music on our Sonos system).

The house, and the whole back yard space, FEELS good. It is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. You will see deer in the yard every day. We are surrounded by woods and two small creeks.
