Welcome to our idyllic two family home! A wonderful year round getaway situated in the heart of a vibrant coastal town. The apt on the first floor is the perfect combination of relaxation & entertainment. Walking distance to Sandy Hook, a lively downtown scene & a plethora of food options. A stay here guarantees memories, from leisurely beach days to fun evenings filled with delicious food & live music. Pack your bags, leave the car behind, and come experience the ultimate beachside getaway!
The space
A stylish and curated apt located on the first floor of a two family house
We live upstairs but have our own entrance and private decks
The Whole yard will be yours for the duration of your stay
Spacious living room with a Samsung 55" smart tv and Jotul gas fireplace
Crosley Record player, we have a selection of music but feel free to bring your favorites
***Orbi Tri-band Mesh Wifi 6 system with 2 dedicated satellites for your apt. Provides consistent speeds up to 400mbps download and 10mbps upload.
The kitchen has all of the essentials for cooking and your morning coffee with options of a french press or drip coffee including a Nespresso milk frother
Nutri Bullett for smoothies and margaritas
Le Creuset tea kettle
Dishwasher
An additional entrance is through the kitchen and a small side deck that leads to the BBQ
Three stage water filtration system for the entire home
Central AC and heating
