Downstairs, enjoy the brand-new movie and game room featuring an 86â TV with Sonos surround sound, tiered theater seating, and classic arcade games, Golden Tee, Ms. Pac-Man and an electronic dart board. The bunk room is ideal for kids or extra guests, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for large groups. 2. Max number of vehicles: 5
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighborsâ properties, including dogs
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have four outdoor cameras: two surveillance cameras and two doorbell cameras. One surveillance camera overlooks the back driveway, behind the house; the other overlooks the side yard, deck and hot tub. For our doorbell cameras, there is one at the front door and one at the back sliding door. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
There is space for several cars, trucks, and SUVs in the front and back driveways. The garage is not open for guest use. Due to underground sprinklers, driving over the lawns with vehicles or trailers is prohibited. There is room for trailer parking, however please contact us for more information. The driveway is on an incline and low profile boats, such as wakeboard boats, will scratch the road.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

Over the last 15+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to our vacation home with others. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love boating, being on the water, wine tasting and having friends over for long weekends â we bought this house because it allows us to do all that! Morning coffee in the rocking chairs by the fireplace, and âhappy hourâ with a glass of wine on the deck catching the sunset are two of our most favorite things.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We bought and renovated this house in 2018 with fresh new paint, new flooring, updated bathrooms, etc. A new kitchen and workspace were added late 2022. What sets us apart is the quiet, quaint neighborhood allowing for a relaxing stay, plus great space for multiple families â take advantage of having adults upstairs and kids down stairs, or allowing multiple families to have their own space. The property also has plenty of room for multiple cars and we are dog friendly!
