Great location

House was wonderful, plenty of space for everyone. Great location, very easy to get to beaches and restaurants. Golf cart that comes with the house was a huge bonus.

Thanksgiving Trip

We did a family trip for Thanksgiving 6 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us! The house was great and all amenities were great! Having the pool heated was a huge added bonus! If we hadn’t had it heated probably wouldn’t have used it as much as we did. We would definitely rent this house again!

Overall, the property was fantastic. The only areas of improvement would be wear/tear on the interior of the home including furniture. Also, directions for and communication about the pool/hot tub can be improved.

Can’t wait to comeback!

The house was clean and well equipped for all 8 of us! The pool was great and super clean! We had no idea the wonderful location of this neighborhood and the golf cart included in the rental would definitely draw us back to stay again! Just hop on and it’s a two minute ride to the beach!!! Our only complaint is the stacakabke washer dryer unit is very small so we constantly had to do loads and the bath on the main floor is very small and serves as a master and main bath. But those are workable things given all the great features of the house location and managing company. We will definitely be back!

Nice but not much in the house for extras.

There’s nothing in the kitchen as extras. No seasonings, very little pots and pans, only two garbage bags for the entire stay. We’ve done other VRBO houses and they come with way more. Only disappointment we had. Close to the beach, the 6 seater golf cart was nice to have. House was big and beautiful! Oh and for the garage door, press and hold to open and press to hold to close!

Fantastic Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing! The kids loved the pool and didn't want to get out after we got back from the beach! The golf cart was a big help when going down to the beach and going out to eat. There were 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. Our kids were still a little small to be on the top bunk so we moved the top mattress down to the floor for them. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The only slightly negative things were the FROGS! They talked to each other non-stop during the night and took a few days to get used to. Bring some oil to help cook things in the pans. Everything we cooked stuck to the pans (even bacon!). The griddle was very helpful and used that to make eggs, bacon, and pancakes. There is an extra fridge and freezer in the garage. The kids liked the movie theater in the clubhouse. Plenty of movies to choose from or you can bring your own DVD. We had a fantastic time and loved going to the beach! We were down at the beach by 11 each day and there was plenty of parking. We stayed towards the left of the Crab Trap and seemed less busy than the other side near the bathrooms.

This place was fantastic! There was more than enough room for our group of 10. The house was in a beautiful gated community, it was clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved the pool! The house comes with a golf cart which was a huge bonus, we had no idea how much we'd love riding around Destin on it. It's a short ride to the beach and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

Family vacation

The property was great! Golf cart, bikes, pool, spa it was all great. Proximity to the beach was a plus too. We made a lot of meals at the house and non-stick pans would have been helpful.

Great house for our stay!

The house is spacious & had plenty of room for us. The neighborhood is always nice & quiet & safe, this is our third time in this neighborhood. The pool & hot tub were fantastic! Great location as well!

Loved it here!

The house was beautiful and the location was great! We didn’t however get the code to the lock box for the golf cart key until someone came back in the office on Monday. We arrived on Saturday and couldn’t figure out the code and texted Sunday for the code with no response. A few of the TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work. The local good was good. Jacacudas was an amazing place to eat!! We loved McGuire’s!! The restaurant is super cool and the food was great! We enjoyed going to Uncle Bucks fish bowl. Over all we had a great time!

Peltier stay

Great vacation spot. The pool was just perfect for our family. Lazy days at the house with the pool and fun packed days at the beach that was close and the golf cart was great to get back and forth. The house size was great for our family of 13. We had one little issue with grill and it was addressed within the hour. Great family vacation

Family Vacation

Property was very nice. I really thought we would be closer to the beach.😱 Our family really enjoyed the pool. The only thing the home owners association gave us 2 citations. I wasn't happy about that.
