We had a great time during our stay. The house layout is perfect. It was very clean and close to the beach and one if the two pools. We had a golf cart and there are several restaurants and coffee shops near by. Dont pass on this property!

Excellent location, check-in was easy and there are ensuites for three out of the four rooms. The bunk room was perfect for kids.

This was the first time in Destin using VRBO for a house and it was amazing. The house was perfect for us and our kid’s families. Roomy enough that we were not on top of each other. We loved the closeness to the beach and The Crab Trap. The grandkids loved the pool and thankful it was heated. We absolutely love Destin and being able to walk to the beach for sunrises was a plus! We highly recommend this house for your family vacation.

We were so excited to stay at this home based on the beautiful photos it looked amazing! The home itself has great potential, but it’s definitely worn down and in need of a deep cleaning.One of the bedroom light fixtures didn’t even work though to be fair, the property manager did offer to send maintenance,which was a plus. Speaking of the property manager, she was amazing: responsive, friendly, and super helpful. Our only hiccup was having to wait about 10 minutes after check-in to receive the access code. After a 7-hour road trip with kids, that delay was rough since they really needed the restroom.Overall, with better cleaners and a little refurbishing, this place could really be a gem. The host was top-tier, so I’d definitely try another one of her properties in the future.

I do think it needs new carpet upstairs because that does make it look less than stellar in the rooms that have carpeting and the owners do have plans to do that. I would love to host you guys again and one of the many homes I manage and again...reviews are always appreciated. Call me anytime and I will give you the same excellent service again. Hugs to you. Nice house but better for a girls weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was the best part about this house. Perfect distance to both the beach and pool.The golf cart rental option was wonderful and we used them every day. The rental company was really great to work with and responded via text immediately to the issues we encountered when we were there. The garage was clean and spacious enough to get 2 SUVs inside. The kitchen and baths were updated sufficiently and the decor was very cute. We did use the grill that was provided, which was very helpful. But definitely a better house for a girls trip.Extra beach chairs in and beach towels provided was awesome.A few flaws- The furniture in general was cute, but not well made or comfortable. Looks way better in the photos.We were hoping to use the pullout sofa, but it was extremely uncomfortable and there was no privacy option from the rest of the first floor. That entire room was wasted space and should be re-worked to use as an overflow room to the one living room area. The bunk room also had no circulation and we pulled fans from 2 closets to help with that. For the most part things were clean. The cleaning service may have missed changing one bedroom's bedding. My daughter found hair and make up marks on her bedding upstairs and we washed everything to make sure it was clean. There was not a welcoming outside option to hang out due to there being no shade on the back patio and the outdoor furniture on the roof outside an upstairs bedroom. The upstairs outside area was mossy and the outdoor furniture was weather worn. There were no cutting boards or many storage options for any prepared food.If this were my rental property, I would consider adding an entire 2nd level enclosed screened-in porch with ceiling fans onto the back of the house- incorporating the upstairs patio area.Overall, this was a nice house,just know a few of these things upfront. We loved the neighborhood and would consider renting another
