Stunning Palmetto Breeze on Seabrook Island. Gorgeous single family Summerwind home backing to golf course. The back room is fully glass and on the golf course. Over 1550 sq feet under air. One of the largest. Renovated with Karastan carpeting in bedrooms and new furniture. Available monthly in winter season or weekly year round. Guests enjoy Seabrook facilities. Pools, tennis and more. Lower level living featuring ping pong table and 9 piece sectional. One of the only homes with full glassed in sunroom. There is a security deposit with this rental WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Take a walk on the 3 1/2 miles of wide open beach while watching the dolphin swim by, the pelican's dive for fish and the variety of birds on the beach. 1136 Summerwind is the perfect vacation home.

Seabrook Cottage

This cottage is great for all year rentals because of the glassed in sunroom (most of the Summerwind Cottages have screened in porches) which is where we spent most of our time, watching deer, golfers and the sunrise/sunset. This home is very comfortable and cozy for family use - especially the blankets in the sunroom! Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We will return

Our visit was fantastic. This wonderfully renovated house was immaculate with new furniture and a furnished lower level sited directly on the golf course. The ping-pong table was a joy in the evening. We played while having cocktails on the lower level outside living area. The location was peaceful and perfect, and the beach and pool were an easy stroll. We mingled together while cooking in the large kitchen well equipped with a new stove with air fryer, new pots and pans, knives, and bakeware which made cooking a pleasure. Four large tv's make connecting easy and enjoyable. The décor is stunning, with beautiful art is on the walls. We appreciated the thoughtful touches by Cynthia throughout the house, such as the new fresh linens, new towels, beach umbrellas and chairs. Toilet paper and paper towels were in a welcome package on the table when we arrived. The spacious living areas and outdoor spaces provided plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The back of the house which sets on the golf course is a sun-filled glass room with a cream-colored sectional couch and a breakfast table. This room was my favorite, and I enjoyed breakfast every morning while watching the golfers. The beach was close, and we enjoyed the fantastic ocean views and surroundings. Dinner on the ocean at Pelican’s Nest was serene. This home surpassed all our expectations, and the ease of communication and check in made our vacation seamless. Cynthia, was a fantastic hostess.
