Amazing Sunset Views: Bayfront Luxury Home: Short Walk to Beach

This beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath luxury home located on the quiet west end of Galveston sits on nearly 2 acres of natural wetlands and wildflower registry with an unobstructed view of the sunset. The home was completed in January 2024 and has all the luxury designer appointments; marble countertops throughout, hardwood and tile floors, marble and tile showers, custom-built designer furnishings, Kitchenaid appliances, Induction cooktop and beverage center. Restaurants, grocery stores and golf cart rental are nearby and the beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. Our location also allows for the spotting of wildlife and is a well-known area for birding. Be sure to bring your camera or binoculars because there's plenty to see.

This is a family home which is well-maintained and used by the owners when it is not rented for other families to enjoy. The sunset and water views are spectacular. A portion of the property is designated as Wetlands and is on the Galveston Wildflower Registry.
