The Saint Johns County Fishing Pier, volleyball courts, horseshoes, bocce ball, an art gallery, and a splash pad for the little ones are all a short walk.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Alligator Farm and St. Augustine Lighthouse are all located along the A1A and are minutes to drive to. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a 10 minute drive.
