The open floor plan and 4-star quartz breakfast bar in the kitchen make it perfect for gourmet cooking and entertaining. The living room is equipped with a plush, upgraded reclining sofa and loveseat, as well as a 4K 55" SMART TV for your viewing pleasure and a fireplace. Additionally, there is a dining room space with a table for 4 that can be used for various purposes, whether it's dining, games, or office work. A full-size laundry area and guest bathroom complete the living area.
The master bedroom is incredibly spacious and furnished with a designer bedroom suite. The high-end king mattress, with cool touch gel memory foam, and luxurious linens ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom also features a 4K SMART TV and comfortable chair, and designer artwork that adds to the serene ambiance of the condo. The master bath boasts quartz countertops, double sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a grand walk-in closet.
In the split floor plan, the second bedroom offers a king bed and easy access to the adjacent bathroom for guest privacy. There is also a separate office area with a desk. This bathroom includes a tub and shower combination.
