Privat uppvärmd pool och spa - Putting Green - Huge Yard - Great Location

Detta 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem (vår 6: e och nyaste semester hyra med HomeAway / VRBO) har fått över $ 30.000 i renoveringar under de senaste tre åren -
med både badrumsuppgraderingar som just avslutats. Hemmet ligger på en mycket privat 1/3 hektar cul-de-sac parti, i ett säkert och etablerat grannskap. Det stora rummet och det stora sovrummet är öppet för den stora bakgården som innehåller en 30 meter täckt däck, uppvärmd pool med vattenfall och spa (badtunna) ..... Uppvärmningsavgiften för spa ingår i hyresavgiften ..... Pooluppvärmningsavgiften är extra. (Fråga efter detaljer eftersom avgiften varierar under året.)

* En 600 sf 3-håls putting green (syntetisk gräs) har just installerats. Det kan också användas som en lekplats för barnen eller husdjur.

Alla tre sovrummen har en queen size-säng. Njut av 3 HD-TV med DirecTV, BluRay / DVD och WIFI. Allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse bekväm tillhandahålls, inklusive alla köksredskap, pappersvaror och sängkläder. Gott om parkering finns i två bil garage, drive-väg och gata.

Hemmet är bekvämt beläget nära dalens stora motorvägar (I-10, Loop 202 och Loop 101), för att snabbt och enkelt få dig runt om i staden. Det är bara en kilometer från en av dalens främsta köpcentra, med många restauranger, biograf och en Costco. Två kasinon, flera golfbanor, ett utloppsmall och andra restauranger och nöjen är bara några minuter bort. Och det är en lätt och kort bilresa till Tempe, Scottsdale och downtown Phoenix.

Lovely property

Had a great stay at this house. Comfortable, clean space and amazing back yard. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Owner was super responsive and easy to get ahold of with questions. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the backyard including the pool, hot tub, and putting green. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Steve was an attentive host and I liked that the “before you leave” list was short and easy.

Wonderful Stay for Family Wedding

Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for our family. The communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home while we were in Arizona for a family wedding. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation a breeze. The backyard was truly an oasis – the pool, hot tub, and putting green were a hit with the whole family. My husband and sons enjoyed using the putting green, and I loved the opportunity to relax and unwind in the hot tub. The property's location was also perfect, with easy access to great stores and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend your property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you again for everything!

Relaxing Week in Chandler

The property was as shown / described and communication with Steve was amazing. No issues entering the house or during the stay. The house was stocked with all the basic necessities and the provided directions for everything on property were clear and helpful. The street was very quiet and I had no issues. The only comment I might make is that the internet connection is/was a slow. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Family vacation

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and by far the communication with the host was way above expectations. The host reached out to communicate well before our stay and during our stay to check in. The property was amazingly clean and backyard is fantastic. Pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of our time in the pool and hot tub and played golf and cornhole. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable and clean house with all of the accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a basic meal. The backyard and pool area is beautiful. Despite the very hot weather, the pool was cool enough to make the hot weather bearable. The trees and covered patio provide just enough shade. I also really enjoyed the putting green. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Relaxing stay in Chandler

This property was just what we were looking for for a relaxing getaway. The house is located in an older, very quiet neighborhood close to major highways which makes it easy to get out and explore everything the Phoenix area has to offer. The house is clean and the bed we used very comfy. The backyard is the highlight with the putting green, amazing pool, and the hot tub. With being backed onto Loop 202 Highway, there is some road noise however the waterfall feature of the pool helps to drown that out and it didn’t really bother us. The only drawback this time of year is the flowering tree that likes to she it’s flowers into the pool this requiring frequent pool skimming. We didn’t mind though and actually became OCD about keeping the pool clean and took turns skimming! Close to Costco, Target, and lots of restaurants which we did walk to a couple of times if you’re feeling energetic. Communication with Steve was excellent and accommodating. Overall, a very nice stay!

Wonderful for family

We stayed here for a spring break vacation and it was perfect. The house was very clean and so was the backyard and pool. We had fun playing put put and cornhole and there were pool toys we could enjoy. We had the pool heated for a little extra cost but it allowed us to be in it all day and even some night swimming🙂. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the location was fantastic. Only an easy 20 minute drive to the botanical gardens and the zoo were our adventures. We walked to the playgrounds at Price park every night after dinner. We had so much fun.
