This property was built by our family in 1958. This is a mixed-use property. The building has a commercial suite on the front of the building and two separate apartments in the rear of the building. Once you enter the apartment you will discover that it’s approximately 970 sq feet of living space. The apartment has three bedrooms and two baths. It has a full equipped kitchen, spacious living room and a separate dining room with an accordion door should one wishes to separate themselves from the living room area and full-size washer/dryer. The apartment also has a lighted balcony if you would like some fresh air in the evening. This is truly a hidden gem within the neighborhood. Guest will have full access to the entire apartment. It will be just your family/close friends and yourself. Please keep the main lobby door locked at all times.
We don't allow any parties in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking property. If it is discovered that your guest or you have been smoking inside the property, you will be required to pay an additional $200 special cleaning and deodorizing fee. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs and both legal or illegal medicinal products.
We don't allow pets. If it is discovered that you have brought a pet(s) into the property, you will be required to pay additional $200 special cleaning and deodorizing fee plus cost of any damages. This includes service and comfort animals.
Please do not rearrange the furniture inside the apartment. You will be required to to pay between $150.00 - $200.00 fee plus any damages. This is the cost that our handyman/contractor charges us to put the furniture back to the original setup in time for our next guest.
Lost Parking Passes replacement cost is $25.00 per parking pass.

Great stay!
Ezra was super nice and easy to work with. Very accessible and clean. It was a little heavy on the CBD smell/smoke when we first got in on Saturday but the odor decreased as the week went on. Couldn’t even notice it by Tuesday! Accommodations were perfect for me and 3 teens, room to spread out and cook too!

A pleasure family trip
Very interesting and fascinating for the first time visit DC And found this place with reasonable price to stay for 2 nights . Very convenient to take transit to Washington downtown and attractions. Nice neighborhoods, restaurants at Shirlington. Bus drivers are super friendly

Comfy and Cozy - Minutes from DC
This unit was very clean and definately comfortable. Host (Ezra) was great and his communication was prompt and pleasant. If ever in the DC area again I will look into this unit or any others he may have. I felt very confident there would not be any issues.
The location was within 5 - 15 minutes of all touristy locations.
The only slight downside for us was that it is located near some autoshops and they all have large metal roll-up doors. They open them around 6am and close them anywhere from 7pm - 10pm. The street is a side street but is used often so you can hear the traffic a bit.
Some insight for anyone coming to DC. If you are looking to drive to the National Mall and use the transit to hop loations, do not use the city run busses. Use the "Hop On - Hop Off" bus. They seemed to have the most busses running. We saw them often. Also, Plan your use of the paid parking garages in advace so you can minimize the impact. Also, some garages close at 4pm so if you happen to be on one of these on a Friday, you will not ba able to get your car until Monday. . . Or the next day if it's a Mon - Thu.
All in all, even with the slight issues above we would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

Good location but above CBD store
The distance from all the things that we wanted to see was great. The apartment was very clean and neat. The only problem was that we did not realize that the bottom of the apartment building is a CBD shop and that the sofa bed was more of a twin than a double and was a chair. It was difficult because we had 6 adults 4 of us are over 6 foot. If this was explained better that would have been helpful.

My family and I really enjoyed this rental. Very clean environment and the beds were comfortable. Location was also great near the interstate and just minutes from DC.

Family trip
The plane was perfect for our family trip. With three big bedrooms, the teenagers could get away from the parents for a while if they wanted to. It was a great location not too far from Metro Station really close to this bus station. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

City life condo in Arlington
We enjoyed our stay, and felt very safe with a locked door at the entry to our condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. The manager Ezra was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my questions. The place is roomy and has a great balcony with a table and chairs.

Great apartment with a patio to enjoy the weather!
We enjoyed staying at the property! Great location near a bus stop, a couple of small restaurants and a quick mart which was handy! The place was roomy and clean and the manager was easy to contact and fast to respond to my questions.

Huge place!
We stayed here over spring break with the kids. With the three bedrooms everyone got their own room which with teenagers is important. We will definitely be staying again. The location was great for public transit and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Welcome to historic Green Valley community. My family has very deep ties to this community. My father built this mixed use property and I spent the first 18 years of my life living in this building until I left for college. This building served as my introduction to real estate. There priceless lessons learned over the years. Whether it was changing a plug, installing a new toilet or painting the apartments. Of all my real estate holdings, this one is the most dearest to me. I enjoyed transitioning this building from how it was when I grew up to what you see today. As a host, I enjoy the small conversations that I have with some guests and learning a little bit about them and their travels.

The question was why did I choose this neighborhood. The answer is simple. This neighborhood chose me, being that this neighborhood serves as my hometown. What I enjoy the most about this community is the people. I also enjoy seeing the evolution of this community from when I growing up as a youth until today. Here you will find parks, along with playground/water sprinklers (summer only), bike ride shares and walking trials. There are also four local churches, (with fifth one under construction) all within walking distance of the property. It’s an amazing community.

As I have learned, 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, with a separate living room and dining room, are hard to find these days.
