- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that the hot tub and pool takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Because of the road conditions, 4WD may be needed in the winter during snowy or icy conditions but is not needed during normal road conditions.

The photos will never do the view justice. Absolutely breathtaking. Wonderful amenities, amazingly responsive and attentive host. Close to all local attractions, but a real retreat into the mountains. Privacy and stunning views. We will be back!

I highly recommend staying at this property! We were a group of 10, and the entire process—from booking to check-out—was incredibly smooth and seamless, which is often hard to come by with a group this size.The host was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always just a message away. Communication was prompt and effortless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is perfect—peaceful, clean, and ideally situated for exploring the Smoky Mountains. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all just a short drive away, making this an excellent base for your adventures. The home was spotless and well-maintained, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. If you’re planning a trip to the Smokies, this place is a fantastic choice!

Beautiful cabin!!

This cabin was great! It was at one of the highest points in the mountain so the views were great. The pool was the perfect size for the kids to enjoy. The only thingto note when booking is there is alot of cabins being built so there were alot of work trucks and construction vehicles

Beautiful Place!

Really nice house with a beautiful view. The property owner/manager David seems super nice. No complaints. Did a great job on the house. Definitely would stay here again.

Awesome cabin with spectacular views

I cannot say enough good things about this cabin. The views were amazing. The wall of huge windows overlooking the mountains allowed us to enjoy the view without even having to go outside (though we did enjoy having 3 levels of balconies as well). It was a little too chilly to fully enjoy the indoor pool (it was heated but in late-November it wasn't quite warm enough for most of us) but we loved the hot tub. New cabins are being built in the area but this one still felt very private. It's a longer drive to get to stores from this cabin but we wanted the seclusion from the crowded tourist areas so it was perfect. We didn't see any bears while we were there but we were visited by a beautiful buck one morning. With plenty of bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), our family of 5 had ample living space with plenty of room to spare. The hosts were very attentive to our questions and even sent out a replacement the same day we reported an issue with the hand mixer in the kitchen. We absolutely would stay here again!

Overall great stay.

It is a lovely house with amazing views. The family enjoyed the theatre, pool, pool and air hockey table. The rooms each had their own bathrooms with nice showers. You have a view of Dollywood’s Firework Show every night from the deck. Communication could have been a little better. It is a gated community and we were not given the access code prior to arrival. Cell service is very spotty in that area. If it were not for a local gentleman that lived there we would not have been able to get inside the gate. He said that it was an issue with one of the rental companies not giving the gate codes. We also had to message the owner to get the pool code as that was not given ahead of time either. Directions for the pool thermostat or location of would have been nice. We were also not made aware that there was a gentleman was coming to clean the pool one morning during our stay. When we messaged the owners about it there was no response. Another suggestion would be to have some information on locations of grocery stores, pharmacy’s, nearby restaurants and things to do as you are about 30 minutes from the nearest grocery store. There were some basic kitchen utensils missing for cooking that we bought and left for the next guests. Also would recommend bringing your own pillows. All in all it was a great house for our family for the holiday week. We would recommend however just be sure to message owners ahead of time for codes if they are not provided with booking.
