As you enter this beautiful one bedroom condo apartment on the 8th floor, you will directly feel at ease overlooking the stunning white sandy beach of Mullet Bay and its breathtaking turquoise waters. You will also be able to take full advantage of the spectacular and panoramic view of the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba right from your balcony.

Mullet Bay beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.

This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Great place at a great location

The apartment was nicely furnished, modern and clean. The pool is great and when the pool bar will be ready and some umbrellas are being set up it’s going to be perfect. The location is the best (for us), close to Mullet Bay and close to some nice restaurants. We will definitely be back! As said, umbrellas at the pool would be necessary. Great would be if there was a little breakfast place, where you could buy some bread, croissants, coffee etc. and some cold drinks.

Overall nice location inconsistency in accommodations first time we stayed linen was not a problem. This time we were only given two towels for four days two sets would have been greatly appreciated. We didn't expect to wash daily. Host was good Andreas was excellent and extremely accommodating

Amazing stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, perfectly sized and equipped for what we needed. We loved everything!! Hoping to return soon. Nothing major but a little tweak.

Gorgeous views and location was great!

Condo looked exactly like the pictures, well put together and functional. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, two markets, and Mullet Bay Beach. It was about a 15/20 minute walk to watch the planes at Maho Beach if you decide not to drive. Try the French pastries, you won’t regret it! The market had a coffee, juice, smoothie bar (2 for 1 on Saturday and Monday) along with some pastries that came from the French side.
