The Space:
Stay in My District Modern Home in Meridian Convenient to I-84, with easy access to Boise Metro. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and grocery within 1 mile of the property. Spacious, modern open floor plan make this a great property for a group or a family. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, updated finishes & furnished with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect HOME away from HOME!
Fully stocked kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring full size appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with (4) chairs that expands (4) additional chairs if needed and a bar with (4) bar stools.
Bright and open living area featuring comfortable sectional and a sofa that converts to a sofa sleeper. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy! Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.
Master bedroom features a KING size bed, comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens. Flat screen SMART TV. There is a walk-in closet that provides plenty of space for guests to store personal items. Windows let in natural light and room darkening blinds provide privacy.
Master bath features an attached bathroom with a shower, and double vanity, with plenty of space for personal items. High quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, hairdryer and paper products are provided for your convenience.
** 2 additional KING bedrooms furnished with comfortable mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each room featuring itâs own unique style. Each room has a closet space for hanging clothes and storing guests personal items.
Bright and clean Main bath with tub/shower combo, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
There is a full-size Washer & Dryer in laundry room, as well as iron and ironing board for guests to use.
Private fenced back yard with covered patio. Outdoor seating make for a relaxing evening on the patio. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the private outdoor space.

FREE parking for (2) vehicles in driveway. FREE street parking DIRECTLY in front of home (NO Garage Access).

Centrally located to Boise, & Nampa off of I-84 in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is Fred Meyers within walking distance. Walmart and Albertsons and a liquor store are close to a mile nearby. There are several restaurants including Sa-Wad-Dee Thai, Louies Pizza and Italian, Red Robin and Lucky Fin less than 5 min from the property and endless dessert options as well.
Approx. 5-10 min drive to Eagle Road which boasts endless retail shopping, including the Village. The Village at Meridian features upscale apparel and specialty retail, fine restaurants, cafes, and the Village Cinemas. Designed with European style architecture, the buildings and tree lined village streets surround a park setting complete with a children's play area and world class show fountain with hourly shows choreographed to lights and music. Located in the heart of Idaho's Treasure Valley, The Village at Meridian is a unique and unexpected destination with movies, concerts, arcades, local entertainment and much more, The Village at Meridian provides a wide selection of activities for individual and families.
Eagle Road has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Village at Meridian, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Walmart.
Downtown Boise (20 min) is worth checking out. The historic downtown covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. Visitors will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Nearby parks include Julius M Kleiner, Champion Park and Settlers Park. Lakeview Golf Club & Roaring Springs Water Park are two local attractions as well as Meridian Speedway.
Local Universities are Boise State University (20 min), Northwest Nazarene University (20 min), College of Idaho (21 min).
Local day trips St Chapelle Winery (32 min), McCall Idaho (2 hr 14 min), Idaho City Hot Springs (1 hour), Lucky Peak Reservoir (27 min), the Bruneau Dunes (1 hr 13 min).
Getting Around:
The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within 1-2 miles of the house. Transportation could be accomplished by Uber or other transportation, but a car is recommended. Approx. 1 mile to Albertsons & Maverick convenience store.
Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.
Boise Airport (18 min.)
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mtn biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and rock climbing all within 20-45 min of the home.
Other Things to Note:
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Yard Service is provided weekly and they will need exterior access during your stay.
~ Please Complete your Airbnb Profile, Add a Profile Photo and Make sure you include the correct number of guests in your booking inquiry. To add the Government ID verification to your account: Go to "Profile" on airbnbClick "Verifications" and it will allow you to take a photo of your Government ID from your phone and upload the photo directly.
