As you arrive, the traditional Captainâs House welcomes you, overlooking the Kennebunk marina. Each morning, wake up to the sight of lobster boats and the sun dancing on the water.
Inside, the spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area are perfect for a classic Maine Lobster Bake or a cozy family game night. Enjoy a separate breakfast nook for your morning coffee or a quiet read, with views of boats passing by.
The large living room features a gas fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration or beach activities. Sink into the comfortable couches and enjoy a movie or your favorite summer show.
On the main level, you'll find a convenient half bathroom with a washer and dryer, perfect for keeping sandy beach towels from tracking through the house.
