As mentioned above, this building is in the midst of a major deck renovation project, with construction activity taking place Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That means you can expect noise, dust, debris, and construction crews during those weekday hours. Decks are completely unusable at this time for safety reasons.

The upside? Nights and weekends are quiet, and if you're planning to be out hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring Tahoe during the day — this is your chance to score a seriously discounted stay. We’ve priced these units well below normal rates for guests who just need a comfy, convenient place to recharge between outdoor adventures.

This spacious standard room condominium #816 is in a second-floor location with a vaulted ceiling, and easy access to the outdoors including ski lifts and hiking trails. It is perfect for two people and it gives you an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience.
